Would like to say thank you to Jose Ignacio, his apartment is 100% equipped, everything in excellent condition, parking on the premises of the building, close to supermarket, pharmacies, collective locomotion, has everything you need to cook I recommend this apartment I would 😊 definitely rent again

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

Very good first experience. Estefanía is a 10 in attention, attentive to resolve any questions or queries. 100% recommended. The apartment met all my expectations and accommodation needs. There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is available on the corner of the block.

We spent 5 days and loved the place, great location, with shopping, subway and a Lider market right in front (where there is everything we need). The apartment is super fragrant, beds, bathrooms, dishes, clean towels… everything we need to feel at home. Javier is always very helpful, he answered all questions quickly. I RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Pedro's apartment is super comfortable, centrally located and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. the apartment also has a beautiful view of the mountain range from the balcony. Thank you Pedro :)

Miguel is a great host. He responded to all my messages with courtesy and was very kind. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Much better than the pictures. For me, the view is perfect, it was well suited to the verses of the Portuguese Fernando Pessoa: "I carry within my heart, Like a safe that can't be completely closed, All the places I've been, All the ports I arrived at, All the landscapes I saw through windows or portholes, Or from decks, dreaming, And all this, which is so much, is not enough for what I want." (Álvaro de Campos) I hope to return to Chile next year and have the opportunity to stay in Ñuñoa again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Cozy apartment in Ñuñoa Excellent location in Ñuñoa, close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The owner's attention was very good. I would definitely be back!

Everything impeccable, quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had an issue with the water temperature that was quickly fixed, very attentive and helpful. a few blocks away you have the subway, a Census, a leader, and several warehouses. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you so much.

The apartment is comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, as the area is super quiet and has several supermarkets and commercial stores nearby.

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put in the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
