The apartment is very nice and has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. It is located in front of the Expressway, which is very convenient for getting around the city, but unfortunately it is very noisy due to the traffic. In general, it was a very good experience and Juan Carlos was a very good host who responded to all our inquiries.

Great location. The Host Ana is super professional, friendly, and responds to all your inquiries quickly. The Airbnb place is comfortable, clean, and close to everything. I recommend it 100% very professional and responsible, the unit is very comfortable and the best thing is that it has 24/7 reception.

Couch wasn’t the mostly comfortable but everything else was absolutely perfect. Really safe area to stay in but not a large amount to do in the area for tourists if you aren’t willing to walk at least 45 minutes.

Marcia was friendly , responsive , gave clear instructions . What I love is that she’s so easy to communicate , the air bnb was near the coast and a good distance from other amenities and restaurants . Even walkable distances . The air bnb was spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Overall, the apartment was amazing!! I booked this place for a relative to stay in Lima for a couple of days, and Piero was kind enough to make this happen. He was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely consider it for a future visit!

Beautiful apartment, nice view to the city, outstanding rooftop. Excellent spot, there's a handful of pretty restaurants near. You can get everywhere (beach, supermarket, malls, parks) just by walking. Communication with Patricia was always fast, clear and concise, she proactively recommended spots to visit in my stay and solved requests quickly.

As expected, this place was just as it was the first time we rented it, everything impeccable with top service. The location is great for a walk, visiting a restaurant, a quick shopping trip or even going to the sea. Maria's service is excellent, we will definitely be back soon

I was 3 months and they were always on the lookout if I needed anything. Felipe is great as a manager always willing to help. The area is very quiet and safe, there are many parks to meet and restaurants. Recommended.!

Very good communication with Jareck, the house is very nice, the distraction of the place is a turtle that you could feed him 🐢 The area is very quiet and well guarded. The pool is not as large but if they are between 5-6 people normal and very favorable if there are small children because it has levels. A bit of power on the stove in the kitchen had one that didn't work. Otherwise everything was clean, safe and very spacious. I would definitely come back to see the Turtle 🐢

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.
