House holiday rentals in San Giovanni in Persiceto

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Lovely place with spectacular views in quiet surroundings. Perfect for truly relaxing holidays. The house is beautifully renovated (and even better than in the pictures) with lots of space for everyone. There is lots of wildlife including wild boars, porcupine, deer and fox. Watch out for scorpions (normal for the area and not dangerous, but be careful with dogs or kids). The pool is very nice and clean, too. It is possible to do nice walks nearby (good hiking shoes and maybe hiking sticks recommended)

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

L’alloggio da Michele é stato estremamente piacevole! Immersa nella quiete di in un giardino bellissimo, la casa aveva tutto ció di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci é piaciuto respirare la storia della struttura e della famiglia attraverso i mobili e i suppellettili delle stanze, attentamente curati e conservati. Michele é stato molto cordiale e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Nel caldo estivo, é stato bello trovare un angolo tranquillo e rinfrescato dal verde. A presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La presenza del parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto a Bologna. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto in stile moderno, accogliente e funzionale. Il letto è estremamente comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è buona: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Nicola ha risposto subito alle mie domande Se torneremo a Bologna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa sistemazione. Consigliatissima!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Siamo tornati con il ricordo ancora vivo dell’esperienza dell’anno precedente, e anche questa volta ogni aspettativa è stata superata. Gli host si sono dimostrati ancora una volta persone attente, premurose e molto rispettose delle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile che la rende accogliente e piacevole fin dal primo momento. La location è un vero toccasana per staccare dalla routine quotidiana: immersa nella natura, offre tranquillità e una vista meravigliosa. Anche con temperature estive elevate (35°C), si riesce a stare comodamente all’aperto, godendo di una gradevole freschezza e di una pace rigenerante. È la soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici – come nel nostro caso, per una rimpatriata – sia per famiglie numerose. Siamo tornati e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie ancora di cuore!

Er heen gaan is al een feest. Steeds verder omhoog, de aanwijzingen volgend, kom je dan uiteindelijk op plaats van bestemming. Dan eerst even genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht. Om vervolgens zwaar onder de indruk te raken van het huisje. Super groot, en heel erg authentiek. We voelden ons prins en prinses!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Bellissimo posto immerso nella natura. Casa enorme e pulitissima con spazzi esterni ben curati ed interni confortevole , non mancava nulla.l host Gianna è fantastica ha fatto più del suo dovere. Molto disponibile e gentilissima. Grazie a lei abbiamo potuto fare felice un bambino stando tutti insieme. Grazie Gianna per tutto.

"un posto celeste" si trova in un borgo tranquillissimo, immerso nel verde. la posizione consente di raggiungere Rovigo, Ferrara e dintorni in venti minuti. l' appartamento è grazioso, ben tenuto e pulitissimo. il plus è legato al fatto che gli animali sono ben accetti, che per noi è una discriminante nella scelta delle case Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con Franca e i suoi pelosetti EsperyTop

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Que dire , tout était parfait, Claudio adorable, la maison est parfaite, belle et agréable à vivre , il ne manque rien tout est très bien équipé et très propre , il ne manque rien. La maison est située près de grandes villes italiennes , FERRARE , BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENISE, le lac de garde et un cout de coeur pour la magnifique ville de PADOUE. Merci encore, et on espère à bientot Eric et Christèle , HYPSO le westie et SACHA le chat ( nos animaux valident également leur séjour ) VIVA ITALIA :)))

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità: l’ospitalità è stata davvero impeccabile. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, pulita e perfettamente inserita nella natura circostante, ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos. Il silenzio che circonda il posto rende il riposo ancora più piacevole. Pulizia eccellente! Consigliatissimo a chi vuole staccare la spina e godersi un angolo di pace autentica!

Wie kann man diesen Platz, diese Idylle beschreiben.? Giovanni ist ein Herzensguter Mensch. Er kümmert sich täglich um Otello und die 2 Katzen/ Kater❤️ und seine Gäste. Alle Beschreibungen der Vormieter stimmen wir zu. Dieser Platz ist „magisch“. Ein absoluter Ort für Entspannung. Und die Gegend bietet so viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu entdecken. Ich empfehle das Buch von Goivanni. Selbst die kleine Kurzfassung auf ChatGPT macht Lust die Dinge zu entdecken. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Und ich hoffe, dass alle nachfolgenden Gäste dieses Haus wie ihr Eigenes behüten. So etwas findet man nicht allzu oft in Italien. Wer mal einen weiteren Ausflug machen möchte, dem empfehlen wir die wunderschöne Stadt mit ihren Mosaiken Ravenna. Auch ein Besuch am Strand von Lido di Classe. Dort ist man zu 99,5% unter Italiener und kann in Richtung Naturstrand laufen. Bologna ist eine hektische Stadt. Dann eher Faenza erkunden. Der Markt ist sehr schön. Und natürlich Brisighella.
