We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just fit, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Wanda’s place was even better in person than in the photos. It was such a lovely surprise. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Even though we only stayed for one night, the apartment ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

We felt absolutely comfortable with Armin and Karin and were even a little sad to have to leave again. The two are great hosts, we felt very comfortable right away and were warmly welcomed. The apartment is simply a dream! Beautiful, cozy and modern design, clean, private and quiet. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. We were also able to use a piece of the garden. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. The apartment is a souplex with a great view of the mountains. It is located in the countryside on a low-traffic road, with a covered parking space. This is a very large studio with a very large bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The washing machine is very convenient, however you have to ask for instructions to access the laundry room because you can't dry the laundry on site. The laundry room is located in a building right next door and very easy to access, self-contained once we have been shown access. Caterina is responsive and very friendly. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is well equipped. It's a great bubble of tranquility in a peaceful environment.

Apartment is very spacious, well equipped and warm. Location is great! Literally 3 minutes walk from the lift which give you easy access to Sella ronda circle. The back entrance of the building leads to the ski room and there is easy access to the elevator, which is very important if you have a lot of luggage. It is good to listen to Stefania's instructions about the restaurants, they were all perfect.

Monika and Reinhold were extremely friendly, helpful and generous. My wife and I were spending our honeymoon there and we loved every single detail. The place was even better than the pictures showed!! It was a very pleasant stay and certainly would book it again if I went back there.

We had a great stay! Communication with Mario went well. He was quick to respond. The location of the stay is good. It is close to the ski lifts and supermarkets are nearby.

Everything great, would book the accommodation again and again! A little oil & salt for cooking would have been helpful 🙂 Everything was clean, tidy and tidy.

There’s two types of people that own Airbnb’s. The first is a business owner that doesn’t care and the second is a husband and wife that put their heart and soul into their house and their existence. Luca is such a person with his wife. They are fantastic. Just like coming home after not seeing your parents for several years. Not only were they polite, but they had everything that you could possibly want to make your stay so enjoyable from the extras in the kitchen to a weapon size wine opener. Truly a wonderful feeling they give in a wonderful place. The location is stunning. And near everything you want to do, I cannot think of a better Time I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s like your home for a couple days. It’s wonderful. Highly recommended.

Outstanding apartment. Pristine and as new. Very modern and well appointed. We stayed as a family of four and it felt spacious and comfortable. The apartment was always warm and cosy. Even better in real-life than in the photos. We loved our stay here. We had a hire car - this made it a great base for visiting the different ski areas on offer. Boot/ski storage underneath also great. Lovely peaceful location. Hosts met us twice and were really friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to return.

Great friendly host who is always responsive

Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

The hospitality and availability we found was exemplary. They made us feel at home. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable. We have awarded the maximum score, but it also deserves a plus. Highly recommended.
