Enhanced cleaning protocol is implemented between each visit. Some furniture may have moved around the house. Open spacious floor plan. 2 bed/1.5 bath loft condo on top floor with designated parking space below building. Overlooking Santana Row's trendy restaurants and high end shops. The perfect location to spend a weekend of shopping and entertainment. Also, the condo is equipped with office amenities for business travelers - printer, office desk, cable TV, a touch screen computer ( upon request ). Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. Gea’s place was perfect for our stay in San Jose. It was close and walkable to family we were visiting and also close to the gorgeous Rose Garden. The space is light and bright with lots of windows; it felt so spacious and inviting. Gea has tastefully appointed her loft with a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water to shower and a warm, comfortable living space to relax in. It felt like home to us. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Gea is a very responsive host and was extremely accommodating to our requests. We highly recommend Gea’s place for a visit to San Jose.

We had a wonderful stay. The loft was well appointed with many thoughtful touches, and the snacks and drinks provided on arrival were much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked for light food/coffee/tea prep, and the bathroom was roomy and clean. We enjoyed coming back to the loft at the end of a long day exploring SF and just unwinding sitting in front of the window and looking out over the lights of the city. Having access to driveway parking was a relief as street parking on those steep SF streets is no joke. Spencer was an excellent host who provided great communication from booking through checkout. We would love to stay here again if we return to San Francisco.

Grace was a great host! She answered all our questions and helped whenever needed. It was a pleasure meeting her and we had a great stay at her house. It was just what we needed for our business trip! Having three independent suite rooms worked really nice for our team. We didn't realize one of the bathrooms, was a shared by two rooms until we got there, but we made do just fine. She left some fresh fruit, eggs and cheese in the fridge for us to eat after our very loooong flights, that was much appreciated to wake up and not have to go shopping on the first day.

I stayed at Amol's loft with some friends/co-workers while we were in SF working an event nearby. Checkin was smooth as can be, Amol reached out before hand to be sure we understood the instructions and offered support if we had issues, which we did not. The loft is exactly as pictured, very clean and tidy, well stocked, stylish, and comfortable. Having the roof top deck was an incredible treat and luxury, it proved to be a uniqe and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city and was a great place to drink morning coffee and unwind from the day in the evening. Stunning views and perspective of the heart of the city. I'd highly recommend Amol's loft to anyone staying in SF, especially if you want a solid home base that is quiet and feels safer than many parts of the city.

This is the 6th time we stayed at Mark's beautiful Santana Row home. Prior to this, we had rented other condos and lofts at the Row, but we are so glad we found Mark's place -- it's the best property here. Perfect location and the home is spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. It is fully equipped, parking is great and beds are comfy. Mark is a wonderful host and very accommodating. 10/10!

Very beautiful condo in Santana Row. Location was excellent with all the modern finishes. We enjoyed starting our day with her fancy coffee machine. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds were comfortable as were the large sofa. We had a bit difficulty with the FOB for the parking garage but there was an extra one in the condo. The parking garage entrance is around the corner underneath the main garage. Once found, it’s convenient. The map of the parking did not show up on check in instructions. We also had an issue with the door keypad entry and just used the normal key. Otherwise, every bit of this condo is beautiful and highly recommended. It has a luxury feel and was more than spacious for 3 of us. Appreciated having a half bath downstairs. It is a loft so there is no true privacy due to everything being open but pictures described that. There was noise from the business of Santana Row but there was no issues at nighttime. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would gladly stay again

Sunny Loft in Gorgeous Cottage

A beautiful, sunny loft space with cozy furnishings and really well-thought-out floorplan of space that really exceeded my expectations. The unit is behind/on the side of three lovely Victorian homes all by the same owner/couple. Tim and Lisa were so accommodating and very quick to respond and communicate with me. They had set up a couple of things for me before I got in that I expressed would be nice for my stay. The property is quiet and the neighbors and quite nice and helpful. This renovated loft unit has a large kitchen, a gorgeous deck off the back, a completely open floorplan with skylights (bedroom with blackout curtains/window up top and everything else down), and beautiful foliage with large picture windows and a sliding door to the courtyard. The unit is bigger than it appears in the photos and was more than enough for 2 adults. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the interesting artwork and antique-feeling clawfoot bathtub! Wifi was strong and overall the place had a ton of storage space - this was great for a month's stay. Thanks again, Tim and Lisa!
