Mauricio is really a super host! My wife and I stayed here for a few days as our first stop in Costa Rica and we were happy. The location is near awesome food, and the building modern and clean. Mauricio was extremely helpful, and responsive when we had questions and always went out of his way. For example I wasnt sure about parking when we arrived, so I messaged him while we were near the apartment, he quickly got back to us with all the information we could need. thank you!

Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

This is one of those gems that if happen to be fortunate enough to find, jump on it right away!! Caveat… As you are approaching the place the neighborhood may seem kinda scary but once you get to the location you’ll be incredibly surprised at the pace and tranquility that you’ll have. The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. Just the view of the city is worth the price you pay to stay there. Everything inside the condo is pristine! Never saw any bugs or worse (roaches) . I will definitely base my next trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 based off the availability of this place. Yes, it is that good !

I had a great stay at Dominique’s AirBnB in Barrio Otoya. I was in San Jose for a week to explore some of Costa Rica’s capital and to do some day trips to tourist spots outside the city. The AirBnB was in a great location both for visiting museums and the National Theatre in downtown San Jose as well as for checking out coffee shops and restaurants in nearby Barrio Escalante. Dominique was a responsive host for check in and check out and also offered good local recommendations for activities (I arrived the weekend of the Transitarte festival which was a fab rec!) and places to eat (Cafe Otoya is a must!). The AirBnB has two stages to entry so feels very safe and secure (plus security camera!) on a quieter street, but is close to a pick up point for guided tours (across from the La Linea Bar). Overall, I would happily return here if ever back in San Jose! A note for light sleepers/late risers: heed the note re. the trains, especially in the morning (didn’t bother me though!😁)

I recently had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful apartment in San José, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The location is unbeatable. It is close to my work. Additionally, it's conveniently situated with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options just a short walk away. The apartment itself is always impeccably clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home during my stay. Moreover, the neighborhood is extremely safe, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San José. It has consistently provided me with a great experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Arturo is an excellent host and was quick to respond to all my needs. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were nice, and I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local restaurants in Escalante. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Great place to stay. It has a lot of amenities and super close to really great restaurants!

We had a great time in San Jose and felt at home in the apartment. It was the ideal location for us. We felt very comfortable and safe because it was a secured location with security guards. Having a designated parking spot made it easier to go back and forth without worrying about finding a parking spot. Additionally, the complex is located across from a supermarket so it was easy for us to walk and get groceries. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants so we didn’t need to drive for dining. The view overlooking the city from the balcony was amazing. Javier was a great host and I strongly recommend their Airbnb as a preferred place.

Great apartment to stay in the center of Escalante. The building is very new so the apartment is in great condition and has a great style. Very short walk to many restaurants and cafe’s but fairly quiet location. Great views!

It is a place which is as shown in the photos without deception, the apartment is super clean and has a very nice view of the city. I recommend that you stay at Torres Los Yoses

This place is a great find - the neighborhood is full of great places to eat, walkable, and the apartment was very nice (the rooftop patio/hot tubs are a great addition). Carlos is a great host, very responsive, and he even let us store our luggage early when our flight got in earlier than expected.

Everything is great, the area is super quiet and the apartment is as it looks in the photos, if I return to San José I will come back here for sure, thank you for everything!

Nice place, comfortable and clean. A place with many things to do in your free time. The sound of the river is a plus. In front of the complex, there are different places to eat, get ready, or buy groceries. Luis is always attentive to your stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay and return to a trusted place from past visits.

We asked if possible to get the room early, and when I arrived by 0900; they had the room ready, that gave extra time to go to the auto market near to get us things for cooking and things that we like it from the market.

I have visited this place several times, and as always, everything is beautiful. The view at night never ceases to amaze me every time I go. It's one of my favorite places in San José.

If your coming to Costa rica, I'd 100% recommend staying here. the space was big and it came with everything you needed and then some. we were able to get to everywhere close by amd easily. Not to mention we were able to walk to the nearest convienance store and pick up household items. Plus, they have internet and are quick to respond with any queations you may have. Don't think twice, if this spot is open get it. I stayed for over 7 days and it was all worth it!
