House holiday rentals in San Fernando Valley

Jamie and Chuck were great hosts! They were super nice and friendly our whole visit. They were sure to let us know we could contact them about any issues or questions. The place is in a great location, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and Universal Studios is less than 10mins away. They also let us use their drive way as parking which was great!

This place was so great for a hang with friends. The spaciousness of the backyard with the pool allowed for such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

We had a great stay at Kate's midcentury modern home. We really appreciated the architecture, and it was nice to spend time in a place that had a curated décor instead of the many rental units that have very disjointed tchotchke from discount stores. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed are time in the "home".

Perfect location with easy access to major attractions including Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Griffith Observatory. The property's kids' play area and swimming pool were absolute favorites with our children. We had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely book this place again for future visits!

I stayed here for 8 days and overall had a great experience. The bnb matches the photos and description. I stayed here by myself and thought there was plenty of room. I also worked from home, and was comfortable. The space is also well appointed with kitchen and bathroom essentials. There was plenty of space to store my belongings, including generous shelving in the bathroom. The location was super easy to hop on the 405, and there were grocery stores, and importantly, In n Out 10 minutes or less away. I walked around the neighborhood a bit to stretch my legs and felt very comfortable and safe as a woman alone. I got home late a few nights and also felt very comfortable parking my car and walking to the house. I found Kelsey to be very, very responsive and addressed any issues that came up. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

This is an amazing little cozy room. It's very clean, with private entrance, bathroom, fridge, microwave, closet and queen bed. Snacks, coffee packets and waters were very helpful on day one. In the closet you will find any essentials you might need like plastic utensils, extra towels etc. There is also a standing fan that was helpful to additionally cool the place down whenever needed. I especially loved little patio where you can drink morning coffee. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. PF Changs and couple of other restaurants are in walking distance and whole Topanga mall/complex is less than 10 mins Uber drive. Unbeatable for this price!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—exactly like the photos, if not better. Every little detail was taken care of, and it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s one of those places you wish you could stay longer. I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Charlie's place was exactly as it appears in the photos and was very clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the internet cutting out at one point and he got right on fixing the issue. He was very responsive and gave us our privacy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at Aresu‘s place and we will for sure come back. Great Location to reach all LA attractions by car. Free parking places are available on the street. Enough Space for easy parking. Universal Studios was around 20 Minutes drive. There Are Lots of Shops and Restaurants Near by. The room was cozy and looked exactly as on the pictures. The aircon worked well. Aresu was pro active gave us clear instructions for checkin and a lot of helpful insights about LA and helped me when I got sick

Unbelievable place, you need to stay there to understand. The views are immaculate, this it is very spacious, I think a small family or two couples could stay here. Honestly, the view alone is worth it, everything else is a bonus. Very central to West Hollywood, Fairfax, and Beverly Hills.

Quiet & very safe neighborhood ! Place was just as described, appreciated all the amenities they had available . Only down side was trying to find parking at night , would stay here again though !

What a lovely home! We flew in for just a few days for a medical specialist. The home was simple to find, VERY clean and neat but still comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics, nice clean and new appliances. The bed was comfy, great pillow options and though we didn’t need them, air mattress and supplies were easily accessible if needed. The mini splits kept the house comfortable and cool. Nice neighborhood, conveniently located close to a nice little shopping center with a Starbucks and a cafe. Joseph was helpful and responsive and the check in and out process was very simple! We will definitely stay here again!

This property delivered exactly as described. The gated off street parking was much appreciated. The location is close enough to the action, but in a residential neighborhood. The full kitchen was well equipped; bluetooth sound system a bonus; we found everything neat and clean.

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. A wonderfully kept property, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Get yourself a rental car and this is the perfect property - with parking just outside of the apartment. Josephine responded immediately to any questions I had and was always extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay here again, it has everything you need (air con, parking, washer/dryer, big bed, TV, kitchen etc). Thanks for having us!

Perfect little home away from home- my family & I came from downey for a family wedding and it was the perfect peaceful home, I definitely recommend for a perfect quiet stay!!! Casey was very attentive and responded to any questions I had right away
