A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Everything is great. The accommodation is great, newly renovated. Best location possible, the beach next door. Quiet development, with many services (swimming pool, tennis court and paddle tennis) lots of grass and bar.

We enjoyed 11 wonderful days at Susana's house. A wooden cottage with all the comforts, located on a plot surrounded by huge pine trees and an extensive garden with a pool where you can breathe peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for everyday life and very clean and well maintained. The exterior is spacious, with plenty of shade and access to the pool. All the necessary amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. In addition, Susana is a close and charming person who has been attentive to ensure that we did not lack anything at any time. I hope we can come back soon, it was a real pleasure. Thank you Susana.

Excellent accommodation! Easy and flexible check-in, maximum cleanliness and with everything you need to spend a few days away from home Kitchen utensils, bath towels and pool towels Leonor lives next door, but the house has a separate entrance, only the car entrance is shared. Very grateful to her for the large number of local recommendations she gave us and her attention at all times I would definitely choose this place again!

We were very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, the beds are very comfortable.

A great place to stay in a traditional Spanish-Rustic style. Achim is a great German host who is immediately available for questions and takes care of the well-being of the guests. The place was absolutely clean at check-in. Having breakfast in the morning on the rooftop terrace with amazing views or barbecuing at sunset in the evening was great. The property is centrally located and is close to the market square with various restaurants and shops. Free public parking is about a 10-minute walk away, loading and unloading is possible in front of the property.

The accommodation in El Palmar is mega beautiful and a good base for exploring the area. We were traveling by rental car and enjoyed it very much in the tiny house. Everything is picobello clean and practical. From the lanai you have an unobstructed view and hear the sea rustling. What more do you want?

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

I had an amazing time here. The house is stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, but the garden made the most impression on me. It's gorgeous, well-maintained, and has an amazing space to relax. It's a true oasis of peace, where you can totally relax and recharge your batteries. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful accommodation, with a unique garden for outdoor activities! Small but very cozy house 10 minutes from Conil with private pool and barbecue area, terrace and parking for the car. It matches the images and description, flexible arrival. We'll be back!

It was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new hot tub and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and we didn't want to leave. Whether for a long or short stay and if you are looking for tranquility like us, it is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploration. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is spotless. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

The apartment is located about 3 km west of the town center. We know the area and we knew that. A car is therefore highly recommended for shopping. The apartment itself is very cozy and has everything you needed. The large bed in the bedroom is 1.40 wide. Challenging for two large people, but cozy. Everything organizational worked out really well.

Vanessa is super attentive and helps you in every way she can, the apartment has incredible views as seen in the photographs. Bright cleanliness and excellent apartment location. Recommended!!!

The stay was very quiet without any problems, we disconnected for a few days and had a great time, the service was very good, they are very kind and helpful, the pool and the house were clean. The whole stay in general was wonderful and we will certainly repeat.

Raquel was very attentive and kind to us, she drove us and gave us directions at all times, very responsive and kind. The location of the house was very good if you want to go to the chiclana fair and it is close to public transport if you want to move around Cádiz.

We spent 3 nights at the very cozy and nice house of José Luis. Everything was exactly as described and the terrace with pool was wonderful to enjoy the tranquil evenings. José Luis is a great host and he recommended a few really good restaurants (our favorite was „Show de Tapas“) and some nice places to visit (Conil, Jerez, Vejer). Muchas Gracias!
