The apartment is located on the 8th floor of one of the highest buildings in Playa del Ingles. This gives an insanely beautiful view at the sea. Because I use the apartment myself as a vacation and home office place, I have furnished and equipped it just so. I have consciously made sure that there is a balance between storage space and "air to breathe". My guests and I love to just leave the door open to the large balcony and enjoy the view first thing in the morning.

You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
