Beachfront holiday rentals in San Fernando, Maspalomas

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s house. He is a wonderful friendly host that replies really fast if you have a question. The house is spacious and it has a cute garden with total privacy. The walking distance to the south of Playa del Ingles and the dunes was good with 15 minutes, the east beach was closer, it was a short walk to Yumbo center and there was a bus stop next to the house for a direct bus to the airport or Las Palmas, the capital. We kept saying to eachother that we booked a perfect house on the best location we could think of. Also the pool is great, with barely anyone else using it. Most days we had it for ourselves. We would definitely recommend this house.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Its a really simple but nice apartment for a vacation in maspalomas. Super close to the beach and a big pool - but really chilly.

We spent 5 beautiful days at Carmelo’s place, and felt right at home. The terrace is to die for and you should trust the reviews that say it has everything you’d need and more!! The pool areas were so quiet and relaxing, and the apartment is walking distance from everything you’d need including Yumbo Centre. Thanks so much Carmelo, we will be back!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

We felt very comfortable here during our multi-day stay at the end of February. Communication with Carlos was excellent without being intrusive. The accommodation provided us with everything we had hoped for for our short vacation. We were able to cook something ourselves, but also find good restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and were interested in watching the busy ferry operation. All in all, we liked the apartment, location and location very much, so we would certainly seek refuge there again as soon as it takes us back to Gran Canaria.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

Tor’s place was really lovely and had a great view of the sea! The pool was super clean and quiet and got great sun all day.

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. You have everything you need and even more (beach towels & co). We loved the details and for us it was probably one of the most beautiful places we have been so far. We would definitely come back!

Nice views, clean apartment and a superb host!

We definitely decided to book Ulrich's accommodation for our holiday in Gran Canaria. The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc.). The pool is very nice, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas are available. If you're not a fan of large hotel facilities, this is the place to be. You only share the pool with a few other parties, which is very pleasant. The grounds are also very nicely planted and well maintained. The communication with Ulrich is excellent, he responds quickly and is very friendly and accommodating. Check-in with Axel on site also worked out great. We were also particularly pleased with the small guest gifts upon our arrival consisting of a bottle of red wine, a bowl of fresh fruit and some chocolate. We felt very welcome right away. All in all perfect!

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

The apartment and of course the terrace with the magnificent view was magnificent. Everything was there and in case of problems you could contact dear Conny at any time. Thank you for everything.

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view directly of the beach and the sea. The accommodation is beautifully furnished, has everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great, the beach is within reach. There are some good restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. I can only recommend the place.

The place was as described. Water and smaller snacks were also available upon arrival. The panoramic view up to the dunes was fascinating. We were able to park our rental car at any time without any problems. Parking was always plenty available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Feeling like home. At the time of our trip, the ambiance in the vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. If another trip to Gran Canaria becomes us, we will certainly ask Juan.

Christian is a very friendly host. Responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the place: lovely, quiet, fantastic view over the palm trees and the sea right down the apartment. It’s perfect for 2 and very well located. We definitely recommend the place!

I recommend if you don't need a hotel breakfast or other services. Shop nearby...restaurants nearby...taxi nearby...peaceful...good choice if you want to vacation in peace

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Everything was perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is centrally located, the ocean, restaurants are only 400m. There was a shop under the building where we could buy everything. I can recommend it to everyone.
