Si vienes a Tropea y quieres vivir una experiencia mediterránea única tienes que venir a esta Villa Italiana de características de lujo moderno y cómodo! Es como estar dentro de una revista El Mueble o Para Ti! También semeja estar en un barco ya que te ves rodeado de mar por todos lados. Los detalles de la casa son de altísima calidad. Todas las comodidades que te puedas imaginar. Debora y María un encanto. Zambrone el pueblito ideal para conocer la zona. Fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje al sur de Italia.

Our stay at Casa Colonica was like a dream! Nestled at the foot of Gerace, the views of the Ionian coast were simply magical. The house and pool were immaculately maintained and spotless. It's possibly the most remarkable place to stay in Calabria with children — peaceful, spacious and giving you an elequent country feeling but very close by car to both Locri and Gerace for anything you need. Mariagrazia and Vincenzo were warm, welcoming hosts. We would absolutely love to return!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einem Traumblick aus dem oberen Stockwerk. Umgeben von einem Olivenhain , Obstbäumen, einem kleinen Gemüsegarten und freuen Blick in alle Richtungen. Total ruhige Lage, ohne eigenes Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Man ist schnell in Tropea ungefähr 15 Minuten und in 12 Minuten am Capo Vaticano. Spilinga ist ein kleines, süßes, ruhiges Dörfchen mit wenig Tourismus. Das einzige was aber nicht weiter schlimm war, wir durften alle Gartenmöbel erst mal feucht abwischen, da sehr staubig und etwas schmutzig, sonst aber der perfekte Ort um von dort auch weitere Touren z.B. nach Skilla oder Pizzo oder in die Nationalparks zu machen. Mit dem Auto zwischen 1,5 Stunden und 45 Minuten. Danke das wir hier sein durften, hat uns gut gefallen.

Miejsce Michele jest bardzo bezpieczne zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy jeśli chodzi o dojście do mieszkania jak i przebywanie w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest ogromne, ciche i ma nowe sprzęty. My korzystałyśmy tylko z suszarki do włosów i lodówko zamrażarki bo jest bardzo dużo opcji jedzenia na mieście na absolutnie każdą kieszeń. Taras jest spektakularny, dużo większy niż na zdjęciach, jest też cichy. Michele praktycznie od razu reaguje na pytania, jest bardzo uważny i troskliwy. Prawdziwe airbnb, gdzie czujesz się jak rodzina, a nie jak turysta. Kamienica jest wyremontowana zarówno z zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz. Woda gorąca, pościel czysta. Lodówko zamrażarka super chłodzi . Uwielbiałyśmy nasz osobisty i uroczy balkon w mieszkaniu oraz widok z tarasu. Klimatyzacja nie była mi potrzebna na początku czerwca. Można zostawić bagaże na czas odlotu samolotu. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Polecamy gorąco, dziękujemy Michele za Twoją serdeczność i gościnność. Chętnie wrócimy.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was perfection and so beautiful. I could live there! It’s so clean and tidy & in the most beautiful area!

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

Salvatore nous a très bien accueilli. L’appartement correspondait à la description dans l’annonce, très propre, situé dans une petite localité portuaire mais très pratique pour explorer la région. Salvatore s’est monté bienveillant tout au long de notre séjour et à notre demande nous a apporté une couverture supplémentaire. Merci Salvatore!

Logement agréable et spacieux . Les lits sont confortables. Pour un logement pouvant accueillir 5 personnes il manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et certains seraient à renouveller . Dominico est très serviable et soucieux que nous nous sentions bien chez lui, je ne doute donc pas qu'il tiendra compte de cette petite remarque. Son papa qui vit près du logement est une personne très agréable, d'une grande gentillesse, nous avons même eu droit à de très bons fruits de sa campagne. Face à l'appartement il y a un entrepôt d'entretien de camions qui a fait le bonheur de notre petit-fils, cela ne nous a pas gêné. Nous conseillerons à nos proches ce logement et nous reviendrons volontier si l'occasion se présente . Merci pour l'accueil irréprochable. Domenico est disponible en cas de besoin.
