This is a very cool and peaceful space in the heart of Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from all the best cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the Sánchez Pascuas market, yet quiet and calm at night for restful sleep. Jude is a fantastic host and full of thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals (including multiple coffee-making options). The WiFi was fast and reliable for work and video calls, and the little details — like a welcome bottle of mezcal and high-quality linens — made us feel instantly at home. This is one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay in Oaxaca A very pleasant experience. The place was clean, conveniently located (just 10-15 minutes from downtown) and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dalia was very friendly and was always available to help with recommendations. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers visiting Oaxaca.

Well arranged apartment,on the street with not too much traffic. Good bed and storage,with a large connected TV. Kitchen equipped with everything for a stay"like at home". The accommodation is not far from the center with nearby shops including a market that offers quality products. Theapartment has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view ,it's a plus Communication with Luis Mario was impeccable, very responsive.I hope I can come back! Thank you very much. Note: nearby place to visit: Panteon San Miguel, with amazing buildings.

I’ve been to Oaxaca many times over the years & this is one of my favorite stays ever. I loved the neighborhood, full of art, character, and great eateries. I found it to be a lot quieter than the center. The space itself is ideal and super cozy for a solo traveler or a couple. Really friendly and helpful housekeepers and co-host, Angie. And meeting Cathey was a real treat. She is a true artist and you’ll feel like you’re in an artist’s home while there. She’s also very hospitable + friendly. I certainly recommend her home and look forward to returning!

My stay here was wonderful. The photos matched the place I was staying at. It was walkable to different areas like the market, food vendors, and pharmacy. The area was quiet and safe. The place was very comfortable and peaceful!

This gorgeous apartment was my favorite part of Oaxaca—which is saying something! Incredible design, so much natural light, a huge closet, superfast wifi, extra security and thoughtful touches and amenities. Is one side of the place loud during the day? Yes. But it's only during the day (when most are our exploring) and city sounds beats the noise of tourists. The other side is a beautiful balcony that opens up to a tree and a dead end, so zero noise. But the real standout is the kindness of the entire family, who welcome you with snacks and mezcal (and more mezcal!), checking up on you and always making sure you're alright. This is a real neighborhood, with the real Oaxaca surrounding you. A 20 min walk into the center or a quick taxi. Places like this are why we chose Airbnb over a sterile hotel, and this place will be the only one I ever stay in when in Oaxaca. 15 stars if I could!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very nice, clean and is in an excellent area to explore downtown Oaxaca. Skarlett was a kind and attentive hostess during our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This place is super cute and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (coffee maker, blender, stove, utensils, Tupperware etc). The shower is hot, the internet is strong enough for zoom calls. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Plenty of natural light. It is a 40 min walk to downtown or an 80-120 peso taxi ride. There is a grocery store near by and restaurants walking distance. I recommend this place. I would stay there again.

Great place in a very walkable part of the city. Everything is close by, from the city center to the artsy neighborhoods. It can get a bit noisy during the day, but the walls are well insulated, so it's not a major issue. Plus, the taqueria downstairs is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend staying here if you're considering it!

Big house with big garage very centric .

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should book taxis in advance for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back.
