House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, capital at the corner. It is located 30' from Gijón and Oviedo and just 15' from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is just 10'away. We are on the right bank of the Nalon River mouth. The house is located in front of the marina and 5' from Playa de los Quebrantos for a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: multi-sport, foosball court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a flea market in the square every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that takes us to the beautiful medieval village of the Castle, from which we can see the course of the Nalon River from a good height. The location in a quiet village in Asturias, as well as its proximity to the sea and good connection with the general highway has made staying at Mercedes's house a very good experience. I highlight the cleanliness and the extreme details, the good quality of the mattresses and pillows. Although it does not have an elevator, the views are worth it. Definitely highly recommended.

The house in perfect condition everything is very clean and you quickly feel at home. All the amenities and cookware. All a detail that the day we arrived cold and they had set the heating to be perfect for our arrival

Raquel and Ivan were wonderful hosts. Despite our flight being delayed and arriving after the airport had closed, they went out of their way to help us—we truly appreciated their support, including assisting us with picking up our rental car. The apartment was perfect for our needs: beautifully decorated, clean, and well laid out. With two floors, it allowed our parents to stay comfortably on the ground floor with their own private bathroom, while my husband and our kids stayed upstairs. We’re very grateful for their kindness and hospitality. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

i went with my mother and boyfriend, and we really liked the tranquility of the house, surrounded by nature. The house is very comfortable, very well had everything and above all we did not get cold! Everything great without any hesitation would repeat it!
