The most amazing, friendly, and gracious hosts! Ryan and Nicole made us feel so welcome—we felt right at home. The space was beautifully curated, which made it incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, such as a coffee machine with pods, a hairdryer, and an iron, along with a mini snack tray thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. There was plenty of street parking, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 10/10! Honestly, the best hosts I’ve ever met—they’re amazing people!

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. The apartment is, well appointed, spacious & complete with everything you could want. The gardens are beyond beautiful, with lots of interesting trees and shrubbery and even a walking trail around the whole property. The pool is lovely and child safe. We felt very safe, there was an entry code for the front gate and another for our unit. The whole house is located in a beautiful, upscale area.

Melissa’s place was super cute and a great place for my fiancé and I. Had all the amenities you would need and was in a quiet neighborhood with easy and accessible parking. It’s about a 1.5-2 mile hilly walk to the beach/Ocean Beach/restaurant area so I wouldn’t say it’s in a super walkable neighborhood but we had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around. Melissa’s guide book was amazing and we went to several of the recommended spots. This would be a great choice if you’re wanting to explore lots of areas of San Diego as it is centrally located and close proximity to highways.

I am a repeat guest and appreciate the space, amenities, and helpful hosts! This visit I had an issue with the lock and with a faulty carbon monoxide detector but the hosts responded immediately and the problems were quickly resolved. Very responsive and they make every effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Corine was extremely helpful and proactive in providing check-i, gate, and parking info. The suite was beautiful with great views and very clean and homey. Thank you for a pleasant stay and easy comms.

My friend and I were comfortable in this spacious home this weekend. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Back patio was cute we got to take some pictures as well. Would definitely be staying here again!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Bay Ho House! Es befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt bzw. bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt in der Straße auch immer einen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und hatte alles nötige für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Was für Europäer vielleicht ungewohnt sein kann, ist dass man den Duschkopf nicht zur Benutzung abnehmen kann. Aber das ist soweit ich weiß eine klassische amerikanische Dusche. Ansonsten waren wir immer sehr zufrieden mit der wirklich schönen Unterkunft! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Nächstes Mal gerne auch länger als eine Woche! We needed a place for 3 adults Sydnie’s place was so great from the first time I messaged Sydnie she helped me with local recommendation’s for restaurants/groceries/stores she sent me all the info I messed to make our stay wonderful. The house was everything that was shown. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely will be back.

We loved this Airbnb! Upon arrival we were welcomed by our host, Grant. He helped us get into the unit and gave us a brief tour. We found the unit to be first class in every way - comfortable bed, quality linens, very clean, etc. There was a lot of attention to detail in this Airbnb. We were very pleased with this choice and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.

Crystal was an incredibly responsive & communicative host with a beautiful, cozy space to offer! We had a wonderful stay that met all our expectations based on the listing. The space was clean & well stocked with basic necessities including ample bath towels, soaps, hair dryer, iron, cooking/eating tools, etc. & had a small fridge, AC unit, & an adjustable mounted TV. What the small bathroom lacks in sink counter space, it cleverly makes up for in a well placed over-toilet shelving unit & medicine cabinet mirror, creating great space options to spread out a bit. The home grounds were stunning, filled with beautiful wild flowers, fruit trees,& butterflies, & the patio provided adequate privacy with a well placed fence line. Crystal graciously offered space to park on the driveway which we had no issues with. It is a family neighborhood so you will hear occasional sounds of children & dogs. And there is a cute cat who occasionally roams, so keep an eye out when pulling your car in/out!

It’s a gem! Beautiful, peaceful, private, serene. Irina has created a wonderful getaway complete with original art and great book collections. Definitely coming back!

The photos, amenities, and reviews greatly factored in my decide to book this lovely suite but truly I was enamored once my husband and I walked through the door. What a cute beau! Not only was Randi and Conner attentive and accommodating with my request(s), their kindness and thoughtful elements added a simple yet warm touch of home. The home was easy to find, central to many shops and restaurants, private and quiet, clean and adorable, and spacious and comfortable. Unbeknownst to me, there were also baby toys and a high chair that I wasn't expecting - a cherry on top for my little one! This is one of our favorite Airbnbs, and we can't wait to come back again! So, for those still looking stop second guessing and book it NOW! 😊🏡🌻✨️

My sister and I were on a small vacation for a couple days in San Diego and this place was close to where we wanted to be and had a few good spots we got to visit during our stay. We were a bit nervous about the reviews talking about the noise you can hear from upstairs, which honestly we did witness a bit of but since we aren’t light sleepers and would be pretty tired from a whole day of being outside, we slept well. And the bed was pretty comfy. Our only issue was that sometimes the water would get cold in the middle of a shower but not every time. I’m honestly not sure what was going on but it wasn’t anything major to me. Evan is very responsive so I appreciated that. I do recommend

Absolutely love love love this small yet mighty place!! I was impressed! It was so cute and clean! The shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the back yard was great for my dog. The hot tub was a great addition to the place. Nice way to chill out after a long day of adventuring! I love the washer and dryer! I felt right at home! Kevin and his spouse were the nicest ever! They are quick to respond. They are so accommodating. I had car problems and they recommended a great car shop for me in the neighborhood! I would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back to San Diego! Thank you sooo sooo much for your hospitality! You are an amazing host! Loved everything about it!

Mike and Ruby’s place was a small piece of home that was very welcoming, charming, warm and allowed us to relax and just melt into the couch watching tv with our daughter for the night before our long drive back home. After staying in Mission Beach for a week it was nice to relax and feel right at home. Parking was easy and directions to the home were easy to follow. Mike and Ruby were very attentive to us and very proactive in setting us up for the night. Everything about the home was spot on based on the description. Although we only needed the home for one night, we would have definitely stayed longer and would rent again in the future. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the San Diego area. Thank you both for allowing us to spend one night in your rental!
