Great Location. Comfortable beds. Friendly host.

My stay was good, the place is nice, I liked the layout. The bed and linens were wonderful, plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked enough for my needs. There are some neat places nearby, including a food truck park and cafes and brewery/bars. That made for a busier neighborhood than I expected. I stayed in the front room and heard a lot of noise including revving engines late at night etc. I am a light sleeper though. Also, the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were fantastic.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Within walking distance to the beach and easily can walk right into town. Clean and comfortable would definitely stay again! Host was also very responsive. Thanks again 😊

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. The place was exactly like the pictures. Garage was about 6inches too small but we were very aware of this before booking. Place was clean and was very close to the beach! The pilot light was off for the heat. We contacted Diana and she responded right away even on a Sunday. I would definitely book this property again

Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

This AirBNB is a STEAL! Great location, steps from the beach, and close to hundreds of restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and looked exactly as pictured. You truly can't get better than this... highly recommend!!! Tara (the host) was truly what made this place fantastic. She was SO quick to respond to all my messages both before and during my stay. I️ felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

Great little spot, very clean, and very well represented in the photos/listing. For the price point and location, this is a fabulous place to stay. Pros: clean, simple to navigate, cozy, great location, walkability, some toiletries provided, snacks and coffee provided, dishware provided, extra linens, beach towels, beach wagon and sunscreen provided, shared outdoor seating, gated entry, very proactive/responsive and accommodating hosts. Cons: moderate noise pollution, limited seating, no stove, no washer/dryer, no ice maker (although they did have ice trays prefilled in freezer). Overall, very satisfied with this stay and would gladly recommend and visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal for our family—just a short walk to the beach, the cove, and several great spots for breakfast and dinner. While parking was a bit tight, it was clearly communicated by the host in advance, so there were no surprises. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Matt was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with both check-in and check-out. We’d happily stay here again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Heather's bungalow! The outdoor spaces were beautiful and peaceful, and the inside was just as nice, cozy, and clean. Heather was very responsive, gave lots of great local recommendations, and made the whole rental process easy and seamless. Highly recommend!

We really liked this little cottage for our nights in Julian. We did struggle at first getting the door open with the code because we weren't waiting long enough for it to trigger, allowing the door to be opened. The place inside is cute, cozy, and clean. It took us a bit to get the A/C- heat unit to work even trying to follow the provided instructions but eventually we figured it out. It was a great place for a couple but for my mom and I, we wished that the shower/tub area was totally enclosed or had a curtain or something for more privacy. Cassandra was quick to respond to any question, the location allows for quick access to shops and restaurants and overall it was a great place to stay!

What a great place to stay for the views and central location. The inside was nice and spacious to have the 5 of us in without being too crowded. Would definitely go back to this location. We felt very safe and secure here. Additionally the hospitality was great as we were welcomed with fresh fruit and instructions on amenities. Some notes for vacationers: * There are a lot of stairs to the front entrance. There is a hand rail available, but we could hardly use it has the shrubby was covering it. The stair light was great and always on in the evening. * There were two steps that caught us off guard in the house. One was into the master bedroom and the other was into the laundry room where the fridge was located. * Be sure the door to the patio is unlocked before closing the door. You might lock yourself out.

I had such a great stay! The space was incredibly clean and neat, everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Check-in was super easy and smooth, which made arriving stress-free. The on-site staff were very friendly and welcoming, always available if I had any questions. One small detail that really stood out to me was the room spray, whatever scent that was, it smelled amazing and gave the whole space such a cozy, calming vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow in Pacific Beach was about the best location you can get, just a few steps to the beach. This is a great place for surfers or anyone wanting easy access to the beach. My 80 year old in-laws stayed at this bungalow after us and Eric and Anne were the kindest hosts.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time at Jecka’s! There was a lot to do locally, very walkable and was perfect for just the two of us to relax at the end of the night. She always responded if we had any questions. Check in and out were extremely simple and we had everything there to make a great vacation.
