Casa Martin è ottima per passare il proprio tempo fuori dal caos cittadino.... Immersa nel verde, distante dalle strade urbane e quindi con totale assenza di rumori esterni, con ampio spazio verde intorno alla casa e una fantastica vista sul gran sasso e tutta la zona alle sue pendici. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone per quattro giorni come fossimo a casa nostra, cucina spaziosa completa di tutto dal forno alla lavastoviglie, i riscaldamenti super funzionanti non hanno fatto percepire il freddo esterno. Il proprietario ci ha inviato tutto quel che c'era da sapere sulla casa e su come gestirla con un pratico pdf che spiegava tutto, anche come arrivare alla casa stessa.. Ottima Esperienza... La consiglio!

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Sono un cliente difficile in quanto mi sposto con 5 bassotti che sono cani molto reattivi. Emilia e il figlio Lorenzo sono persone squisite. Abitazione: un grande monolocale con una vetrata mozzafiato. Giardino: giardino dedicato all’abitazione ben recintato. Posteggio: nella zona prospiciente l’ingresso dell’abitazione. Area circostante: un grande giardino della villa di Emilia con giochi per i bambini e molti animali. Dintorni: la frazione di Montepagano di Roseto che consiglio a tutti di visitare. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un appunto è la strada comunale di 400 metri che non ha avuto una grande manutenzione ma non è colpa di Emilia che sta facendo di tutto affinchè il Comune di Roseto si occupi anche della frazione di Montepagano.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

e poi scopri l'Abbruzzo... posti incantevoli, ancora quasi allo stato brado, persone fantastiche, accoglienti e appassionate, poco business ma è la caratteristica che ancora lo salva, natura sovrana!!

L’alloggio si trova poco distante dal centro di Sulmona, circondato da un bellissimo giardino con vari animali da fattoria nelle vicinanze. Impeccabile nella pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto silenzioso e con una vista eccezionale. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio. Proprietari davvero discreti e gentilissimi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, ci piacerebbe poterci tornare alla prossima occasione. Posto super raccomandato!

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Tres beau sejour (pet friendly), dans un endroit apaisant. Maison propre et accueillant, avec une très belle vue. Merci beaucoup à notre hôte et son fils pour leur gentillesse. C’est fut un réel plaisir, merciii 🥰

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem privaten Innenhof, welcher mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet war, ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Den Kontakt mit Francesca und den Nachbarn war für uns gelebte Italianità. Der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan ist genial. Die Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten, ein Hochgenuss. Wer einmal so richtig feine Fischgerichte essen möchte, ist il Dattero di Mare die richtige Adresse!!! Dies zur Abwechslung zu Fleisch. Wer gerne wandert ist hier in Aquila, als Ausgangspunkt, genau richtig.

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Ottima location in pieno centro storico, vicino alle attrazioni storiche raggiungibili a piedi. Un piccolo neo, la rete wifi con scarso segnale. Nel complesso ottima permanenza.

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

Sara è stata un'Host fantastica! Da subito si è dimostrata gentile, disponibile e ci è venuta incontro su tutte le richieste fatte. La casa è un gioiellino, pulitissima sotto ogni aspetto. Grazie di tutto ♥️
