Rob is extremely communicative, helpful, and easy going. It was the perfect home for our family getaway. It has ample space and beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back!

My 2 colleagues and myself stayed here for a total of 8 nights as we were in town for a conference. It was brilliant and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Oceanside and this property .

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

The place was better than we expected. The place clean and was filled with so much amenities (lots of towels for use and pool use, pool table, video games, etc). We didn’t really have to go anywhere to have fun because of all the amenities. Responses were very quick and the owner was so accommodating to our need. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we are to have another family reunion in San Diego. The place was worth the price.

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

We had such an amazing time. So many activities to do at Kathleen’s. Our kids love the pond, swimming pool, fishing, pickleball, and appreciate all the outdoors amenities. Definitely a gem to visit for families. The home is a little dated. But all the outdoor activities make up for it.

What an incredible place to call home for a few days. This place had everything we needed to cook for our family, the pool and spa were amazing, and had some great hang out spaces for the family. Trevor and Heidi were quick to respond if we needed anything!

This will be our new "go to" place when we visit SJC. Great indoor and outdoor space. Very conveniently located. Inna is a fantastic host...super communicative, proactive, friendly, accommodating. We look forward to our next stay there.

Clean, comfortable and modern! Host was responsive and friendly when small issues came up and was flexible with timing upon check out. Definitely would stay there again—and it was a great value for the space.

Drakes place is AMAZING! It was a home away from home. We had 3 toddlers (1, 2, 4) with us, they played in the backyard and it was completely safe for them. All of our needs were met down to an extra crib. He is super laid back and very accommodating, I noticed this from our first interaction. I encourage you to BOOK RIGHT NOW, you will be pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My family loved it and we would definitely book here again.

We enjoyed our time here, the view was spectacular, enjoyed watching some people surfing and fishing in the mornings with our coffee, there was real good food options not far from the house although we didn’t really leave since we were able to cook all our food . Great home. Super clean and comfortable. Minutes to the various beaches. Beach towels were a great thing for us as we love love love walking the beach and bodysurfing. Elizabeth was very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries.

Emilee is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond with every single detail. The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable and close to downtown San Clemente, the Pier, and beaches. It is especially great for traveling with kids - what a delight not to have to pack cribs, high chairs, books or toys, all of which are provided! Not to mention there’s a park right down the street. And perhaps best of all, every bed is super comfortable, even the twins in the kids room. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you so much Emilee!

This is was our third stay at the house, and we’re already looking forward to the fourth! You really can’t beat the location—it’s absolutely perfect. The house itself is amazing, with a great layout and a welcoming feel. We’ve especially loved spending time outside, grilling and enjoying the beautiful weather. The airflow throughout the house is excellent too, thanks to its spot perched at the top of a hill. It’s been a comfortable and relaxing stay so far!

Spend near one month, and just an amazing experience with David’s house. Everything is perfect, quiet and cozy neighborhood with beautiful flowers. Close to the freeways, easy to get anywhere you want. And the host is responsive and warmhearted. Perfect experience overall.

It was absolutely charming. We enjoyed our short stay, only regret was not having more time to enjoy it more. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of thick towels and beach towels. My grandsons loved sleeping in the loft. We were 20 minutes away from Sea World minutes from great parks for the boys. The owner was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay—we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area was wonderful. Patrick and Sara were great hosts. We would love to come back to stay when we visit the area!

We had a great time at Wyatt's house in Dana Point. The location was wonderful - a view of the ocean and within easy distance of walking trails, the beach, restaurants, etc. Although you can technically walk to things, being on the east side of Pacific Coast Hwy, we decided that driving and parking (which was easy to get) was the better way to go. The house was very well stocked. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, a cooler, etc in the garage which were great! The house was clean and very comfortable. Easy access and Wyatt was very quick to respond during the rental process. There is street noise from the PCH, especially with the sliding glass doors open. I wore ear plugs at night and that worked just fine. One thing that should be mentioned is the VERY steep driveway. I suggest a smaller car that can turn around at the bottom of the drive rather than having to back up the drive. A big car works, just a bit more difficult.

Had a great time at Josh’s place! It was clean and bright; layout was perfect for a larger group. Loved all the pool floats and such. Josh is a great host!

Our stay in Temecula was an absolute dream! This Airbnb truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, and they've thought of every amenity you could possibly need. The views were breathtaking, and the sunsets? Simply unforgettable. We loved everything about our time here!
