I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again , the host was so friendly and accommodating and the house was extremely beautiful , clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here when visiting La Fortuna! The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities you need, and was in a good spot of La Fortuna with beautiful surroundings. My family and I really liked it. Randall & Juliana were also both very responsive to help if I had any questions. I highly recommend this house for your stay and would not hesitate to stay again in the future if I ever visit La Fortuna again!

If it is available for your dates, book it right now. We spent four nights here with our family of five and I would stay at least one more night next time. The location is perfect in every way- safe, private, walkable, views, easy access to everything. Beds were comfy and plunge pool was a plus. Marvin has thought of every detail... there was even a pitcher of cold water already in the fridge for us when we arrived. Communicating with Marvin was also like having a local friend giving us ideas for our tours. Everything he suggested was great and he made the booking process easy. It was much nicer than the hard sells on the sidewalk of beautiful La Fortuna.

Wow! What an amazingly beautiful home for a group to share! Loved the spacious place and clean accommodations, large outdoor seating area and the pool is perfect! Just from the house we saw a sloth, toucans, & lizards. We felt very safe with having a locked gate. The privacy was nice. I hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Erick’s place on our trip to La Fortuna. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you needed. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

Daniel and his team were exceptional. They let us drop our bags off before check-in so we could explore town, offered helpful tour services, and even a complimentary cleaning (which we didn’t use, but appreciated!). The house is in a great location—10–15 min walk to downtown La Fortuna, close to a grocery store, and tucked on a quieter street with a nice local vibe. One note for light sleepers: the house is just past a curve where motorcyclists like to rev their engines, often late into the night. I don’t usually consider myself a light sleeper, but I did struggle. The hosts thoughtfully provide a white noise machine, which helps, but just something to be aware of. Overall, for everything within the host’s control, this stay was fantastic and easily 5 stars!

Truly splendid stay! Inflatable jacuzzi was amazing! And you can’t beat fresh clean water, chlorine free! We absolutely loved the place. We would definitely come again. Amazing price, definitely worth what we paid. It works great for a family with up to 4 children. Our king size bed was comfortable completely a dream. Nice kitchen well stocked. Huge glass front gives the house a sunny open feel. Even had a washer and dryer to get laundry done. Even provided laundry soap and extra toilet paper when needed. There’s even a simple grill and charcoal we used to grill supper.

Lesly's place was a home away from home. located in a quiet private neighborhood. Close enough to get to the fun in La Fortuna, and far enough not to hear the traffic.

We spent four amazing days at Venado Valley Ranch. From the very beginning, we felt at home thanks to the warm welcome from Sandra. There is so much to do and experience here. Our children, aged 9 and 11, were constantly entertained by all the animals and activities. Ronald guided us on a beautiful tour through the river to the waterfall, where we had a wonderful swim at this unique spot. The horseback ride with the whole family through the mountains was fantastic. Milking the cows and making sugarcane juice were also great experiences. Breakfast and dinner were prepared by Damaris – what delicious meals she made! We truly enjoyed every bite. The accommodation itself is really special. Our kids even had their own room, where Smokey the house cat came to keep them company. They said these were the best days of the entire vacation. But beyond the location, it’s the people who made it truly special. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us, Sandra, Ronald, and Damaris!

Es un lugar extremadamente HERMOSO, perfecto para desconectarse y renovar energías, súper completo, acogedor, el lugar estába impecable, cuidaron de cada detalle, tiene todo a la mano para no preocuparse por nada, la piscina super limpia y relajante mi esposo y yo estuvimos cuatro días y no nos alcanzó para disfrutar de tanto que ofrece el lugar y la casa, sin duda la anfitriona es una hermosa persona, súper amable y dulce, es un lugar simplemente perfecto, a ojos cerrados volveremos a este lugar. (súper recomendado)

This place is a Zen retreat! We had the whole place to ourselves and had a great time waking up to the views of the mountains and enjoying the vastness of the property. Very well curated property. We celebrated 3 birthdays here and had the best time. Great for retreats and family gatherings with celebration. Beautiful 😍

For the moment we saw we knew it was for us everything was spotless well equipped with everythingwe need it Mony was very nice to work and communicate with very quick to respond

We had a great stay at Sunset House! Randall was very responsive to all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we decided to cook in. The location was convenient- close to restaurants and a lot of the attractions. We even saw sloths on our walk around the property! The only hiccup that we had was unlocking the door from the inside, as the lock is a bit sticky

We spent a few days at the beautiful Luculuc Garden & Forest, and it was honestly hard to leave. The moment you step onto the porch and see how nature blends so perfectly with a space that is lovingly built, you feel welcomed and right at home. The cabin is spacious and very comfortable, and it has everything you need for both long and short stays. Our hosts were incredible, warm, friendly, kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The big bed in the main bedroom was like sleeping in a cloud. The hot tub and outdoor shower were awesome!! We saw so many birds we’ve never seen before, and in the morning you could hear howler monkeys in the distance. La Tigre is a truly wonderful community, and grocery’s, yummy food and anything you could need are close by. Finally, La Fortuna is 40 min away. We would definitely stay again! Huge thumbs up!

Excelente ubicación, buen acceso, apartamento muy cómodo y bonito.

Todo está bien con este alojamiento! Ubicación, atención y el departamento en sí, súper limpio, olor súper agradable, moderno, muy bonita decoración, con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia, perfecto para dos personas, vista al volcán arenal lo que me pareció perfecto, la atención de los anfitriones excelente siempre al pendiente, respondían a todas nuestras dudas, muy amables, excelente ubicación en el puro centro de la fortuna con todo cerca, puedes salir a caminar a la plaza, tomar un café, y en coche todo está súper cerca para realizar actividades, nosotros estuvimos tres noches y estuvimos súper a gusto! Cuenta con estacionamiento si vas en coche, es seguro y tranquilo ☺️ sin duda volvería

Una cabaña hermosa con una vista espectacular al río. Es de fácil acceso y tiene muchos espacios abiertos como ranchos y jardines que hacen que tu estadía sea muy agradable. Si bien la cabaña es pequeña, dormimos fantásticamente. Muchas gracias al anfitrión por ser tan atento y servicial. Esperamos volver pronto.

great location - just close enough to access the arenal area, but also have privacy. loved the decor, felt right at home. was able to stream movies with ease and have dinner on the patio at night.

My wife and I chose this unit for our honeymoon, the space was extremely beautiful and lush. The giant windows opening up into the La fortuna jungle was breathtaking. We spent every evening in the jacuzzi listening to the wildlife and sounds of La fortuna. Fernando had great recommendations and was very friendly. We’re looking forward to returning to this special place.

We had an amazing stay at Elixir Arenal! Our favorite times were spent outside on the patio enjoying the rainstorms and birds calling while in the hot tub. The river was also a beautiful spot to read or even nap. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make a couple meals at home, and the house was a short drive from markets and delicious restaurants (Chante Verde just down the road was our favorite). Priscilla was very responsive and always willing to adjust the hot tub time for us as we were traveling with kids. Would 100% recommend.
