Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!

Tanner and Jess gave us the best experience anyone can ask for. From giving us clear instructions into entering their stunning condominium to being very, and I mean VERY responsive to our questions almost instantaneously resolving any issues that had occurred. Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend our anniversary weekend. There were so many wonderful restaurants downtown to choose from, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, where we stayed, and Jerry and Craig were incredibly responsive and respectful. One thing I would point out is, if you are not a gay man, or a woman celebrating her bachelorette party, the party scene is pretty underwhelming . Aside from that, I’d definitely stay in this exact spot again.

Our history, Matt, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Extremely communicative and accommodating. The unit is clean, comfortable, updated and has unobstructed Mountain Views and an oversized private patio. The gym and pool were well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Location in south PS is prime. We’ll be back.

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Such a wonderful space! Everything was pristine and comfortable, and the vibe is awesome. The amenities-- especially the pool--and the scenic surroundings were the exact thing I needed for this little getaway. Palm Springs offers a great variety of restaurants and things to do, too. Five Stars – Perfect Relaxing Getaway! I stayed here for two weeks and truly felt at home. The property is private and peaceful, with beautiful grounds that made it easy to relax and unwind (perfect for a dog too). The pool and hot tub were both well-maintained and great for enjoying the sunny days and quiet evenings. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or drive to all the best restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Check-in was a breeze, and Apryl was a fantastic host. She had thoughtful touches waiting for us, including great snacks and coffee that made settling in even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a convenient location with a welcoming host, I can’t recommend this place enough!
