We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

I really liked that they were always looking out for us. We had a problem with a lock and they responded quickly and fixed it so that we had no problems. I would stay again whenever I visit Merida without a doubt. And it has everything to make you breakfast/lunch whatever you want. 10/10 🫶🏻

Excellent house in San Bruno. Oxxo nearby and a very complete supermarket nearby. The beach, pool, and facilities in general are excellent

The place is Beautiful. The host communication is quick and helpful. Enjoyed all the perfect sunsets.

This house was outstanding. Just as described, however being there is even better. You have a private beach and pool. The area is very private and safe right across from a Police station, and they are always patrolling the beach area, always felt safe. The place is very quiet, and perfect for families. There is a very good taco place very close and a Pizza place. The house had everything we needed, and came equipped with an alarm system for peace of mind, however Progreso felt very safe. Merida is only a short drive, lots of things to do there too. I would recommend renting a car, it would make life easier. And lastly, Jose was an outstanding host, made instructions very clear and his response time is very fast, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I would totally go back. 100% recommend.

Our group of 6 adults had a WONDERFUL stay at Michael's house. The views of the beach from just the dinning room table were incredible. We loved we had our own little beach access and a pool. The areas to hang out are endless, I don't think we even got to them all. We were here for about a week and we seriously considered seeing if we could extend our stay. Michael was an incredible host, very responsive and helped with any issues we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful. It's great for a family vacation. It was obvious that it was professionally furnished and decorated. Attention was paid to every detail throughout the property. We were not too happy with the town as there was no real nightlife and the town seemed to be pretty impoverished. Thankfully the property was so inviting. We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the amenities offered by the house. We enjoyed being able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The pool house was so nice. We had beach towels available to us. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed very quickly. While we were not impressed with Progreso. we were very pleased with the property. Thank you so much!

the house true to the photographs, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. the beach is very private really, you have to consider wearing sea shoes because it has a lot of conchita the pool very comfortable and the internet is fast as mentioned in the description Monica super linda was attentive and was answering all the questions it is certainly a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family, it is 25 minutes of progress and a couple of kms there are oxxos

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Beautiful place just as you see in the photos, I would go a thousand times more , we stayed 3 days and we did not want to go, very well equipped, very wide pool, beautiful beach, I would only suggest for future guests to place a larger coffee machine since the house is for many people and the coffee machine is very small, the AA of the room did not work but the host attended us quickly, although it could not be resolved if it was pending, I would have liked a late check-out due to the inconvenience but I would definitely return to this beautiful house, see you soon!

Very nice accommodation and always very attentive to us, we would rent again. Highly recommended. There was only one issue with the electricity that went out for a few hours, but it was not the host's fault, but something external and it only happened once. However, he was always attentive. I highly recommend him.

I think a large family could make better use of the space, considering the number of hammocks in the house.

The house is very comfortable and safe, it has all the comforts to enjoy the stay, the pool is not very large but has the ideal size to enjoy with family and friends, the beach is close to the house, it is pure sand and the place is very quiet, the truth is 100% recommended.

The place has an excellent oceanfront location, it is definitely a very peaceful place to spend with family. We did not have any inconvenience during our stay. I would just add that they don't have a lot of privacy because it is wing of another house and there is no division. We were lucky that we were alone for two nights and were able to enjoy the tranquility and privacy. The house has an excellent ocean view, is very well equipped and the manager was very kind all the time. Only the bathrooms need a little more attention as they were a little dusty and neglected. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I would definitely return to this home. The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable, very close and accessible to the beach. We went with our dogs and the space is ideal for them to run without a problem, the entire patio where the pool is is bardeado. Elvia is very friendly, accessible and gave us a lot of flexibility for entry and exit. As it says, it's great for up to 6 people.

The place is great for rest. It has everything you need and matches the description and photos. They were always ready to answer any questions. We would definitely come back
