This space was perfectly located near beach, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The apartment was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

La casa di Olav è davvero bellissima e molto funzionale. Ognuno ha il suo spazio e la sua Privacy, noi eravamo in tanti e non ci siamo dati noia. Ci sono tre bagni e una cucina super attrezzata. Siamo capitati in un periodo molto caldo e in casa l'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo. Penne è un paese molto bello e accogliente e i posti vicini sono molto belli. Olav è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e disponibile. Anche la Signora che viene a fare le pulizie e il marito sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire? un'ottima vacanza Grazie ancora Olav

Antonio è stato davvero super gentile con noi in tutto, dal check-in, al check-out. Ci ha supportato anche con consigli x affrontare al meglio la nostra vacanza. Più di una volta è venuto a trovarci per chiederci come stesse andando. Casa molto caratteristica e ben arredata.

Beautiful retreat near Ortona. Big accessible yard with pool in beautiful at the end of a short private road. Andrea was very friendly from our arrival to our departure, he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation since we were the only guests. Our children play the yard using the soccer balls and nets made available. Easy drive to Ortona and near beaches. I would recommend this quiet little paradise to anyone visiting Ortona.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Gianluca hat die Wohnung umfassend renoviert, es sind neue Fenster in allen Räumen, das Bad ist neu und schön eingerichtet, die meisten Möbel sind auch neu. Eine Grundausstattung an Essen ist vorhanden, dazu reichlich Kaffee und Frühstückszubehör. Gianluca hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen und auch ein paar Informationen zur Gegend in der Wohnung.

Se cerchi un posto tranquillo e isolato nella capagna Abbruzzese questo e' il posto ideale. A pochi minuti dal mare, e a pochi minuti dalla montagna! Ideale anche per raggiungere posti storici e religiosi della zona! L'appartamentino consiste di una camera da letto molto grande, ricavata dalle mura antiche della casa originale, dove il soffitto ad archi ti riporta indietro nel tempo. La cucina piccola e limitata, ma sufficiente per preparare un pasto semplice! Dante e Annalisa sono molto amichevoli, attenti ai nostri bisogni, sempre a disposizione e hanno anche offerto accesso alla loro campagna e ci hanno permesso di raccogliere frutta direttamente dai loro alberi!

Siamo stati 4 giorni da favola, la casa e’ fronte mare ed è stupenda , pulitissima e recentemente ristrutturata . Un terrazzo fantastico con vista sul lungomare . Consigliatissimo infatti torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben attrezzato e si trova in una zona splendida. Trovare l'host non è stato complicato e abbiamo ricevuto ogni informazione utile. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno tranquillo nell'Appennino abruzzese.

L'appartamento, in pieno centro storico di Ortona, è stato un punto di partenza strategico per visitare a piedi la cittadina e per pedalare lungo la Via Verde della Costa dei Trabocchi. L'affaccio sul porto è molto bello; il balconcino si è rivelato anche (inaspettatamente) un punto di osservazione privilegiato per assistere alla processione in costume per la festa di San Tommaso!

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Conni und Christian verbracht! Haus, Garten und Pool: alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos, picobello. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenausstattung, … sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool und der Garten ein Traum. Die Mücken sind natürlich störend aber leider unvermeidlich. Räucherspiralen und Zitronellakerzen haben aber für Abhilfe gesorgt, so dass wir auch die Abende draußen genießen konnten. Fenstergitter in den Schlafzimmern sorgen für ruhige Nächte ohne Stiche. Lage: Ca. 3km vom nächsten Ort Petritoli entfernt, sehr ruhig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In Petritoli gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf auch außerhalb der Saison. Außerdem ein nettes Restaurant und eine gute Pizzeria. Zum nächsten Strand nach Pedaso sind es 18 km, ca 20min Fahrt. Tip zum Navigieren: über Valmir und Petritoli anreisen, da sind die Straßen besser und nicht so kurvig, wenn der Weg auch 3min länger ist. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Danke!

Unico e raro. All'arrivo ci ha accolti direttamente il proprietario, Giuliano. Ci ha fatto vedere brevemente l'appartamento fermandosi a fare due chiacchiere. Nell'appartamento non c'era nulla fuori posto: ordinato e pulito, fresco (non abbiamo nemmeno avuto bisogno del condizionatore, che volendo c'è), zanzariere alle finestre e di fronte un bel giardinetto tenuto molto bene e con pochissime zanzare. Oltre alle solite cose, a nostra disposizione c'erano anche zampironi e antizanzare, carte da gioco, tantissimi libri, indicazioni su ristoranti della zona, due ombrelloni, caffè e, al nostro arrivo, Giuliano ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto di frutta fresca e qualche bottiglietta d'acqua. Sembrano banalità, ma sono dettagli che rendono il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole. Si vede che i proprietari (Giuliano e Donatella) amano quello che fanno e lo riescono a trasmettere alla perfezione. Speriamo vivamente di poter tornare e riuscire a fermarci qualche giorno in più. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, dank der Beschreibung haben wir es auch gut gefunden. Es liegt am Ende der Straße mit einem zauberhaften Blick in die Berge! Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat Freude am Kochen! Die Zimmer/ Betten schön jedes Zimmer hat einen Ventilator! Der Pool ist super. Dieser wurde freitags immer gereinigt! Alles im allen ein toller Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank an Gio! Auch an Paolo, der Gärtner und Mann für alles, ist sehr freundlich! Wir könnten ihn alles fragen und er hat sofort geholfen, wenn es nötig war! Vielen Dank an Paolo! Eine wichtige Sache: im Sommer abends bitte Mückenspray und co verwenden, die kleinen Minimücken sind hartnäckig!

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

A volte le foto non corrispondono alla realtà ma nel caso in questione debbo dire più che veritiere. Appartamento nuovo e soprattutto pulitissimo dotato di tutti i confort, come descritto a due passi dal mare. Che dire poi di Vittorio puntualissimo al check-in disponibilissimo ad ogni mia richiesta io lo consiglio e ci tornerò di sicuro. Tiziana

Appartamento molto bello,ogni confort presente:aria condizionata canalizzata in ogni locale,balcone con tende solari automatiche e motorizzate,macchina per il caffè a cialde,lavastoviglie,letto comodo. Arredamento nuovo,wifi veloce e Smart tv. La casa e’stata trovata pulita ed ordinata,profumatori in giro per casa e palazzo. molto comodo il lavandino in balcone per sciacquare i costumi. Distante dal mare 10 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento,meno di un km,2 discount,un supermercato Conad e altri comodi negozi. Per raggiungere centro e spiaggia a disposizione ci sono biciclette. Parcheggio privato all’interno del cortile protetto da cancello. Consigliato per un ottimo soggiorno a prezzi ragionevoli

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!

Thank you Marina and Samuele, our stay was very beautiful, the appartment has a lot of space, and the town was very lively, a lot of events going on on the main piazza, which is about 7min by foot. Marina and Samuele were very helpful. The house is amazing for a big group of friends and has everything you need!
