Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Benedetto del Tronto

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento del Sig. Giancarlo, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nelle dolci colline teramane. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La vera protagonista di questa esperienza è stata senza dubbio la pace assoluta che si respira in questo luogo: il silenzio è interrotto solo dai suoni della natura, e ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax, lontano dal caos cittadino. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ideale anche per esplorare i dintorni, tra borghi caratteristici, percorsi naturalistici e la vicinanza al mare Adriatico. Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia rigenerarsi nella natura e riscoprire i ritmi lenti e autentici della campagna a

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per tre giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Il punto forte è sicuramente il panorama mozzafiato, che da solo vale il soggiorno. La posizione è un po’ isolata, ma questo contribuisce alla tranquillità del posto — perfetta per chi cerca relax e natura. La casa è fornitissima: padelle, piatti, caffè, olio, asciugamani… ogni volta che pensavo mancasse qualcosa, finivo per trovarla poco dopo. Si vede che è stata preparata con attenzione. Gli spazi sono ideali per tre persone; in quattro potrebbe risultare un po’ stretta, anche se non posso dirlo con certezza. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio, anche se non so se sia sempre così facile o se abbiamo avuto fortuna perché c'era poca gente in giro. Un altro aspetto positivo: il supermercato non è lontano, circa 15 minuti di macchina, quindi comunque pratico per fare rifornimento. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole, in una casa accogliente e ben attrezzata. Consigliata!

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely villa in a beautiful location. Close to Citta Sant'Angello, shops & caffe's. Parking on site. Rosario & Sivia are very friendly & obliging. Highly recommend 👌

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

Das Hauswarswhr sauber. Wir haben. Uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten, perfekt. Zimmer und alles drumherum ist so sauber, wirklich klasse. Tolle Gegend. Gastgeber super nett.
