Welcome to our home! You will have a private dedicated space as the property is a duplex. We are 10-15 min from all the attractions of San Diego, and walking distance from 3rd Ave. which is a local hangout with restaurants and breweries among other things. We are happy to meet and offer recommendations, or you can check yourselves in and out on your own. We are committed to being great hosts, and ambassadors for short term rentals. Our neighborhood is peaceful and safe.
