Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Antonio de Prado

I can't say enough good things about the hosts: very good communication, friendly, and they handled any inconvenience with integrity, honesty, and a lot of warmth. The place is just as it looks in the photos, although a little small. If you need a kitchen, I wouldn't recommend. But the building is excellent, so is the host, and the space feels as shown. I would highly recommend it. 🙏🤍

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

Location was excellent. Place was clean and very easy to get in to. No air conditioning which is why I marked 4 stars, but there was a fan. There was also a pretty intense smell of some sort of room-refresher and it made me feel nauseous lol but I am sensitive to that stuff. Overall was super happy with the spot. really cute and well located. we walked everywhere.

We loved our stay, we felt at home, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the area is beautiful and pleasant, restaurants of all kinds with very delicious food, the host is very clear with the instructions and attentive to any requirement, we will definitely return, thank you very much!!

Great view and beautiful place to stay!

Our stay at this El Poblado gem was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself is upscale and immaculately clean, with a modern design that feels professionally curated down to the smallest detail—think designer furniture, tasteful artwork, and every appliance you could possibly need. We felt safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Carlos, the doorman. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, His attentiveness was the icing on the cake.

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

The place is very beautiful and the service was great. The neighborhood is just a few minutes from the main shopping and dining areas of Laureles. And at night, even though there are restaurants nearby, the noise is not excessive. It's going to be one of my favorite places to stay in the city every time I come back.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Alejandro and Juliana’s place was perfect for our trip in Medellin. The place was easy to access. Located in a great neighborhood, with access to short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Definitely worth it!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

I had an amazing stay, and Aurelio was one of the best hosts I have ever encountered on Airbnb. He was always responsive and catered to every single need I had. Any question about restaurants or the space that I was renting etc. The air condition blows cold and you have an amazing view of the city from the private balcony. 10/10 best stay I’ve had in Medellin
