Beautiful, new, super comfortable and modern and very safe house, communication was excellent, I highly recommend the place

100% recommended. A spacious, safe place with all the amenities to spend with family or friends. I would definitely come back. The only thing to note is that if you are carrying dogs you have to be vigilant as other dogs in the neighborhood come in through the enclosure.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

A dream house, maybe a few things to repair but nothing that takes away from the true purpose of enjoying the beautiful house that it is.

Very amazing private and secure location. seemed like a few acres behind a large wall butted up to a beautiful mountain with excellent landscaping everywhere.

Easy access, the house is faithful to the photos, good communication with the host.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Very clean and in a secure location which is handy for the airport. Laundry facilities are also available at the house. Well maintained gardens too.

Only problem is the place is soooo secure 😂 sometimes it was even hard for us to enter the house 😂 we waited 10 minutes in every entrance

She was an excellent host and the house was beautiful. The people in charge are very attentive and friendly.

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

The place is cozy and surrounded by nature, it has several areas for fun and for the stay in general. It is ideal if you want to rest away from the noise of the city. The host is always attentive to making your stay pleasant.

Very pretty and comfortable apartment in town. It was the perfect place for our group to stay while visiting family near-by.

Alexandra was extremely friendly and always easy to reach. She responded every time in less than an hour and was always very helpful. The house is in a very safe location. Within the conjuntos you can move freely, there is a football and playground, which we especially enjoyed with the children. The view of the mountains and the night lights are breathtaking. The house is cozily furnished, we are happy to come home. The bus stop is located directly in front of the conjunto. We would come back!

Place was Judy as described. Quiet location surrounded by mountains. Great hosts! Short walk to the bus stop and 5 minute ride into nearest town. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the hacienda. It was exactly what we needed, a private, safe, peaceful place outside the city. Manuel, the caretaker of the farm, was amazing and always available for whatever we needed. Though the place is in nature, it was still only a 5 minute drive to town and groceries, plus a perfect launching point for all the different things to do and see in the area. Our kids played all over the 12 hectare property, climbing trees, running through fields, jumping on the trampoline, and enjoying the animals. The views of the mountains were incredible!! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend, I hope we get to return in the future.
