El mejor lugar que hemos visitado en SJ! El lugar estaba nítido cuando llegamos. El check in fue sencillo. Parqueo bajo techo es ideal en estas épocas :de lluvia. El lugar está equipado a la perfección. Tener 1 y 1/2 baños es súper conveniente. Definitivamente se convertirá en nuestro #1 en el Este de SJ.

This place was the perfect place for us. Although it was in a residential property with many homes, it was incredibly relaxing and felt uncrowded, allowing for true peace and quiet. I loved being able to walk to nearby stores, which made my stay super convenient. We made many meals with all of the kitchen appliances needed provided. This is a very nice place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Lugar hermoso, con piscina y jacuzzi privado. rodeado de naturaleza. Tracy la host y Doña Maria la persona de la limpieza fueron excepcionales y amables. Casa muy bien equipada. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!

Well exceeded expectations what a welcoming host and home. Beautiful large living space with extra space front and back. Views are spectacular day and night. Definitely executive and comfortable living space main floor and second level. Wonderful restaurant walking distance from the house open Saturday and Sunday other restaurants just a short ride with Uber recommended. Definitely will return with my family and highly recommend this home in the mountains very close to San José…….5 stars all the way. This is a great place if you're traveling on a budget! We had everything we needed for our stay while we located a permanent home rental. Josue was flexible and good to communicate with. This is a Tico house, so if you're new to Costa Rica, know that means no hot water except the in-line heater in the shower, no screens on the doors, and you shouldn't flush the toilet paper. But all that said, it's a comfortable house in the mountains with incredible views, and the cows are a bonus. We would recommend it to our friends!

Nice place to stay. I felt safe and secure. The house was in excellent condition. We had plenty of towels. I would stay again.

Nous avons été séduits par cette magnifique maison au charme ancien. Intérieur décoré simplement et avec goût. La maison a tout le nécessaire. Notez que le parking proposé n’est pas adapté aux grosses voitures. Nous recommandons ce magnifique endroit et y retournerons certainement!

Rober’s villa was absolutely gorgeous! Every space was tastefully decorated with beautiful art & sculpture. The enclosed patios lined with bouganvillia along with the comfort of lounging & dining indoors made the space truly feel like a Mediterranean getaway worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding town. Will be our new go to anytime we’re in the area!

Esta es nuestra segunda vez hospedándonos con Shirel , es una excelente persona , siempre amable y atenta. La adición de aires acondicionados especialmente con el clima de San José ahora es perfecta. Yaritza, la muchacha de limpieza fue excelente, colaborativa y me ayudó mucho. Recomiendo esta hermosa casa 100%

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful and Secure Stay at Guanacasa Condominium! We had an amazing experience at Guanacasa Condominium! The gated community offers excellent security, with two gates to pass through before entering—something we really appreciated for peace of mind. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the pool area was pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Although we rented a car to get to our scheduled excursions, it was super convenient to have a designated parking spot right outside our condo door. Everything about our stay felt easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure, relaxing place to stay!

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en esta casa, especialmente porque es perfecta para llevar mascotas, ya que la propiedad es totalmente cerrada y tiene un patio amplio con zona verde. La casa es muy bonita y está bien equipada, la habitación principal es muy amplia. El barrio es muy tranquilo, seguro y silencioso.

Soy una tica que vive en Houston Texas. Vivo extrañando la naturaleza en todas sus formas. Pero a llegar a esta casa sentí ese calor de hogar que me hacía falta . Es súper tranquila, está dentro de una propiedad grande y familiar, eso me hizo sentir muy segura ! Es sereno y relajado estar allí, el sonido de las aves y el patio lleno de gallinas me hizo sentir en mi antigua casa . Sirlene es una súper anfitriona siempre atiende cualquier consulta o necesidad a la mayor brevedad . Sus padres súper amables y nos regalaban muchas frutas . Les recomiendo esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga . Mi familia y yo estuvimos un mes . Fue una experiencia muy buena . Con mucho gusto volveré en un futuro.

La propiedad es privada y suficientemente amplia para pasar una buena estadía. Atardeceres bonitos. Zonas verdes muy amplias Piscina adecuada Espacios cómodos Volvería a quedarme.

My family and I enjoyed the place very much! It is insanely beautiful, house decor is so unique and very comfortable and friendly people! The only one thing I would say is that in the House photos looks like there’s rooms outside however those are extra cabins in the same property(reserved separately) This home is only 3 Bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom which is so nice!
