Holiday home rentals in San Agustín, Maspalomas

Great co-host Raul, very welcoming! Upon arrival we were provided with water, fruit, juice and beer. The appartment is clean and light, the bed is very nice. All equipment , Wifi and (kitchen)appliances were there and worked. Bed linnen and (kitchen) towels were clean and enough to last a week for two persons, altough there was a washing machine in case one would need to do the laundry. Every morning around 8:00hrs a bread-seller comes by and offers a selection of bread and pastries. The site is very quiet, well maintained and relaxed. There are three pools and enough sunbeds for everyone (although some residents find it neccesary to reserve their sunbeds with towels early in the morning ;-). You should take in account that on foot, all the restaurants, the beach/sea/dunes and shopping centres are at least 30 mins away, but there are supermarkets nearby. The only negative was that there are some black cats wandering around the site and doing their business in the grass and gardens.

The booking worked out great and when I arrived, I was received in a friendly way. The apartment had everything you need for small things you don't think of at first. The communication with Gustavo was quick and straightforward. The handover of the keys with Sylvia was very straightforward. There was nothing to complain

It was my second time there and it was very good again. Check in is much easier now because of the keybox, communication was perfect, you'll have everything you need and the place is good for two people too. I will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel

Enjoyed our stay and would Highly recommend the apartment. Apartment was well equipped and bed super comfy! We had a hire car and found the location excellent to explore the local beaches.

Veronika was a great host , easy communications and always available to help with questions. Apartment has everything you need and all within a very short walk , lots of great places to also drink and eat 5 minutes in a taxi if you fancy something different. Would absolutely stay here again , quiet peaceful and gorgeous location

Jesus was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was clean and at the side of the beach. The terrace was ideal for an afternoon having a drink. Right down the street you have a mall with restaurants and several supermarkets but what we liked the most was being able to walk to the beach. We will definitely repeat!!!

Comfortable and clean accommodation, free pool access and quiet residential area. By car you can reach all the main attractions of the island in about an hour, while those of Maspalomas in a few minutes. Responsive and very kind host! Highly recommend

We stayed at Juan’s and Carla’s place for a week with three children. The apartment was very close to the apartment complex swimming pool which also had a small bar. The area was very nice - shopping mall with a grocery store, good restaurants and seaside by a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was as good as it promised. Lovely kitchen, comfy beds, we were on first floor, good minimarket downstairs, nice basic cafe at the heated pool and was a 5 minute walk across road to main shopping centre. Look forward to returning.

The apartment is bright, cozy, well equipped, located in a quiet area and close to the beach (note that the shortest way to the beach is by stairs and the apartment is on the second floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase). It was possible to watch the sunset from the balcony. The host was responsive and responded quickly to messages. The ad mentioned a baby cot, which was not in the apartment at the time of check-in, but the owner quickly brought it. Only the bedroom (with a double bed) was too small to put the cot in and to be able to open and close the bedroom door calmly.

Very clean apartment, good location, ground floor with walk out onto swimming pool. Would definitely use again.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely modern apartment was in a great location and was spotless. Lina was very helpful and booked transfers to and from the airport for us.

Francisco hosted us in his pleasant home with a direct entrance to the beach. The house was equipped with all comforts. It does not have private parking but parking is easy on the nearby streets. He is a special person, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We did a hiking and motorbike vacation. The apartment was with two bedrooms and a bathroom suitable for two married couples who get along well. Fantastic location in the mountains. Ideal for hiking and motorcycling, the fun starts right outside the front door. Courteous and unobtrusive service. Good and safe storage for the car and the motorbikes. A real recommendation.

We were warmly welcomed by Gabriele's wife, who kindly allowed us to arrive earlier. The accommodation is ideally located, just a five-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Several supermarkets are nearby, which is very convenient for shopping on foot. We rented a car at the airport and were able to park it easily inside the residence, which was perfect. The pool is only 30 seconds from the accommodation, while being on a lower level, which allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet. The only negative thing was the shower, the water only came out of the fixed shower head, which is not practical for women, and the towels left a lot of lint on the skin. Apart from this detail, I highly recommend this accommodation and its location to fully enjoy Maspalomas. 😊

We had a great stay at Jesus’ apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and in an awesome location—just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. The balcony with a pool view was a nice bonus, especially since it’s south-facing, so we got plenty of sun. The place also had a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. Jesus was a really nice and responsive host, and when we had a small issue with water and electricity, he sorted it out super quickly. There was a bit of traffic noise, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!
