Waterfront holiday rentals in Samut Prakan

The room was very beautiful and perfect for staying.I slept well, and there was a washing machine, so it was easy to live.The pool is also comfortable and you can relax without being cold.There was also a convenience store and restaurant in the area.

The place is spacious as this has already been my second time booking a similar layout of an Airbnb unit. I had 3 concerns that were not addressed: (1) They promised to send a staff to provide the cord for the rice cooker but nobody came. We ended up waiting for the staff instead of going out so that was wasted time. (2) The tall glass standing table has one of its legs broken. They promised to check and take out but no one came. We were scared that the glass would break. (3) Lack of working/dining table. Since I am working remotely, I had no choice but to move the two sidetables together on the loft to make for a makeshift table. The table was so small I had to seat with my legs crossed on the floor just to be able to use it. They told me there are no other tables available. Other than that, the experience is okay but the table is really a non-negotiable for me and hampered my experience.

Great service. Nice location by the train station. Nice Breakfast option, it was so helpful. The pool is lovely too. Very nice experience. We enjoyed it very much. I am staying here again next time. ☺

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok! Great environment, perfect location, close to fairs, beautiful temples, shopping (you can walk in a few minutes), local restaurants with delicious food (we ate at the restaurant next to the building), close to Chinatown and other tourist spots! We love staying with Bunk! Note 1000!

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

This place was amazing! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok. The location, staff, and room were fantastic. The price is higher than other options around but I would be happy to pay more after my experience. Incredible!

We had a wonderful stay at Charin’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and full of charm, exactly as described. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and even thoughtful extras like bottled water. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short walk to IconSiam, the BTS station, 7-Eleven, and plenty of local food spots and street vendors. It really gives you a taste of authentic Bangkok while still being close to everything. Charin was an excellent host, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked. His instructions were clear, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during our stay. This place is a true hidden gem, and we’d happily return again. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

Pat's place is at one of the loveliest location of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok looking for peace , serenity, tranquility for yourself must visit pat's place. People are so generous and considerate in whole neighbourhood.

A neat poolside room. Very quiet as 100m from the noisy main street. The owner is quite nice and kind.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Wanlop was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with care and prompt attention, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that our host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable host. The place was also close to Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station and Phra Nang Klao Pier which is the biggest factor for easy transportation.

Overall a nice stay at Run’s appartment. The Condo is well equiped and really convenient for a short or medium stays. Plus Run is a really Nice host with good communication. I would recommand this appartment for sure.

My wife and I adored the property and location. The Skytrain is within a 15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The community is wonderful, everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Wei is a terrific host and always responded promptly. The property is a well-designed loft apartment with a lot of amenities. It really felt as though Wei and his family tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We extended our stay several times and would absolutely stay again. Wei is a great host and the property is terrific!

We had a great stay! Samuel was very nice and reasonable , easy to communicate with. The place is in a great location, right in the center of bangkok, lots of great resturants and bars around, also convenient access to transportation, 3-5 minuets walk to BTS, there’s also a free shuttle service to the BTS station. The house was cozy and comfortable, exactly as its described. Would definitely recommend !!

The place was great, I loved it. Everything was as described. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The area is quiet and a bit far from the city noise. Few minutes away from the subway. I was very happy with my stay there, the owner was very responsive and took my feedback about few minor things into consideration and promised to take action.
