A cosy and tranquil holiday house by the sea. Fantastic living room and the garden, fully equipped kitchen and well equipped service room. Klaus is a very helpful and responsive host. Pleasure to stay at his holiday home.

We spent wonderfully relaxed days in the summer house! You are really in nature, with a great view of the sea and the green surroundings. Ebeltoft is easy to reach by car and has a few nice and pretty cafes and shops to offer. We particularly liked the harbor. The surroundings of the summer house are so quiet and idyllic and thanks to the great amenities of the house you can also spend a cozy and beautiful time in changeable weather. Thank you, we liked it very much. ☀️

A cozy and comfortable little house with everything that makes life comfortable

We used Thomas' summer house for a weekend with the whole family and were delighted to have the beach and the sea right in front of the terrace and also to be able to see the waves at any time from inside. The house is large, very quiet and allowed us a few wonderful days together. Thomas was available the whole time, we would always recommend staying at his summer house to anyone!

We stayed in Odder during New Year's Eve and had a really wonderful time! Marie was a very kind and welcoming host and gave us lots of helpful hints. The garden, house and being this close to the sea are definitely worth a visit.

We went on a family trip with children, in-laws, and grandchildren. Anne's place was everything we wanted. We've enjoyed the place being so big that you could retreat, but also that shared amenities were so big and comfortable. We have all felt very relaxed. We have enjoyed the view, which is really beautiful, hiking in the beautiful nature. We have also enjoyed that it was quiet and that you felt that there were no other summer houses close by. Can give the best recommendations.

A lovely place with many activities for big and small. Amazing views throughout the house! Lovely area close to beach, swimming pool and activity hall. Kate was a proactive host who made sure we were well dressed for the stay. All in all, recommendable.

Beautiful apartment on two floors, very spacious, well equipped, great view (despite gray rainy weather). Signe is a very accommodating host who responded quickly and easily to our questions and requests. Check-in and checkout are very straightforward. Parking spaces available in front of the door. The five of us spent a great weekend in Signes apartment.

Cozy, comfortable, and quiet spot just off the edge of Aarhus Latin Quarter. Felt immediately at home. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within minutes. On multiple bus lines. Special features include a working bathtub, a cozy balcony, and lots of skylights that open without letting the rain in. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that steps into the space are a bit steep and showers must be done from sitting position due to sloping ceiling above the tub. Would love to stay here again.

It's situated in a pleasant, peaceful neighborhood with stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The host was very responsive and supportive, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Large, spacious, airy place in a perfect in-city location, close to many attractions, charming old buildings, cafe's. Outdoor porch for breakfast or drinks, comfortable beds. Huge, well-equipped kitchen. Two flights of stairs up from the street level. Bathroom is quirky, as the shower drains to the middle of the floor, and water goes everywhere. This is the hosts' home, so it has charming personal touches, sophisticated decor, but also personal items and clothing in place - was no problem for us, but guests should be aware. A bit of street noise outside the office, as it is located on a popular street in the Latin Quarter, but the bedrooms are quiet. Driving and parking are a challenge due to the tight one-way streets, and restricted parking. We eventually figured it out by using the "Easypark" app, which is wonderful. We enjoyed our time there, hosts are great.

This is a wonderful place and the host was great and very supportive during all the hassles of booking and rescheduling (due to the event we wanted to visit and which was rescheduled twice from 2020 to finally 2022).

Our family has a wonderful stay at Rasmus house. As others have said, the garden is great for a little one to play in. The house itself was perfect for us, great wifi, good shower and beds, and well stocked kitchen. Supermarket up the street about a ten minute walk which was convenient, and same distance to the forest for some walks/runs. As others noted main bedroom doesn't have a curtain, this is not an issue for privacy, but more the daylight, possibly in summer this could be an issue, but it didn't bother us. Would stay here again.

I will recommend it definitely, only small things but at all good

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's lovely house! It was very clean and exactly like in the pictures, and her husband Hans welcomed us, gave us a tour of the property and also explained the technical equipment of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and private, so we could enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool or a nice barbecue in the garden. The communication with Maria was very easy-going, friendly and straightforward. There's absolutely nothing to criticize, and we highly recommend a stay at Maria's house!

It was a very good stay!

We had a very nice time and a cozy New Year's Eve in Malling. The house is extremely cozy, you feel right at home. The large living room invites you to sit together in front of the fireplace. Instead of the wing, there is a nice and voluminous piano there. The firewood hardware store is within minutes by car, as is the supermarkets. Upon arrival, the floor and tables were still a little crumbly, but otherwise it was clean and it was all there to keep the house in order even. In the kitchen there is everything for baking & cooking. When eating in the dining room you have a wonderful view of the small fjord, in winter also the rising sun. Walking within about 10 minutes you are at the open Baltic Sea with a beautiful beach. The sauna works well, three people fit in. Peter took care of a power problem immediately and was immediately responsive. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Lovely house in a quiet location. Really spacious with lots of things for the children to do. Close to lots of interesting places to visit. Good communication from the host.

We were hugely happy with our stay at the big lovely house - it was everything we expected and more.

Really wonderful house in a peaceful neighbour hood. My kids (5&7) loved all the toys and the really big garden with the shelter, the soccer goal and the trampolin. The two bathrooms are perfect for a family. Ole was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
