Appartamento al secondo piano di 50 m.q. su due livelli con entrata indipendente può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 5 persone. L’appartamento non è adatto ai bambini con età inferiore ai 4 anni. Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The 2.5 room holiday flat with approx. 70 m² in the centre of Lenzerheide is located on the ground floor of the very quietly situated building section 6 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to the wellness area, underground car park and direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The flat's location is also ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as to the Hotel Schweizerhof's own swimming pool and wellness area.
