We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Een prachtige tuin met vele zitjes, plekjes om te ontdekken. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, rust en ontspanning. Host is vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Vanuit de haven van Santa Maria zijn voldoende activiteiten te ondernemen. Wij hebben een prachtige boottocht gedaan, verschillende strandjes bezocht, grot bezichtiging met een locale lunch op de boot. Mooie stranden bereikbaar binnen een straal van 30 min (auto). Alles de moeite waard om een weekje heerijk te genieten.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits chez Deborah, qui nous avait indiqué l'entrée avec des photos et point gps ; emplacement idéal, parking dans la propriété. Le logement est très agréable, très propre, au calme, avec sa grande terasse, la piscine ; et tout le nécessaire est mis à notre disposition ; l'hébegement est conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet espace, nous recommandons !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar und schenkt sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Sandstrand sein muss kann man auch gut vorne zu den Klippen laufen und dort eine Runde Schwimmen und sich Sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

This is one of the best Airbnb accommodations we have ever stayed at. It is very peaceful, clean and spacious, just as the listing described. You are surrounded by beautiful flowers throughout the garden, the pool is great and they came to check the water quality during our stay to ensure everything is in order. You have all the amenities you would need, the only thing missing is the WiFi but we used our mobile internet and at a place like this you want to relax and switch off your brain and also the outside world, so you wouldn't need the internet anyways. It's a very calm, and relaxing place where you can just recharge your batteries and feel at home right away. They welcomed us at check in and check out and made sure they explained everything in detail. We had to change our checkout time and they were very accommodating and they are also very responsive via text messages in case you have any questions regarding the place or the area. We highly recommend staying here! :)

Magnifique maison! Très confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est devenue notre salle de vie! C’est calme et la vie! WoW! Epicerie à 5 minutes en voiture! 2 plages qui se font en 15 minutes à pieds. Sinon, beaucoup d’autres plages proches en voiture! Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Gloria qui a été très réactive et aidante pour les idées de restos. Ciao!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

La cssa de Bárbara es preciosa, ella a cuidado de todos los detalles, habian detalles preparados para los huéspedes como bebidas y productos de higiene personal, Bárbara nos ha dado recomendaciones muy útiles y estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, recomiendo este alojamiento para familias

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

In Cabras angekommen wurden wir von Pina mit einem strahlenden Lächeln, sehr herzlich und wärmstens empfangen. Schon vorab war die schriftliche Konversation äußerst hilfsbereit, informativ und schnell. Im Apartment lagen zudem alle nötigen Informationen in schriftlicher Form und mehreren Sprachen vor. Die Empfehlungen waren alle hervorragend und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft selber ist komfortabel, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besitzt alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein nahegelegener Parkplatz waren gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Cabras, die Umgebung und die schönen Strände zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Bett war super bequem. liegt zwar in Flughafennähe war aber trotzdem ruhig und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Unterkunft liegt außerhalb in einem Garten, man ist für sich. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Stadt, bei Pasticceria, Bar oder Pizzeria.

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Casa pulitissima, c‘erano Café, dolci, Casa spaziosa, localisazione perfetta al paese ed al giardino sonoro

Esperienza piacevole, appartamento adeguato e fedele alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato subito parcheggio proprio davanti, il paesino è carino e le persone cordiali. Tutto immerso nel silenzio, si sente solo la natura. Siamo stati accolti in orario e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni sul posto, bar e pizzeria, servizi etc. La casa è ben curata e pulitissima, abbiamo usato solo una camera da letto ed era tutto in ordine. Nonostante il materasso non fosse comodo, lascio comunque una valutazione a 5 stelle nella speranza che venga cambiato il prima possibile. L'altro aspetto poco chiaro sono i numeri civici delle case in via Roma, ci sono ancora le vecchie targhette con i vecchi numeri e siamo andati un pochino oltre ma è tutto veramente a due passi e abbiamo trovato la casa facilmente. Ottimo il giardino all'esterno, abbiamo fatto colazione in compagnia delle rondini locali. Tutto promosso!

Siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di Federica. La vista dalla terrazza è mozzafiato, e rappresenta il punto di forza insieme alla cura, alla pulizia ed allo stile dell'appartamento. Le foto e descrizione sono fedeli a come l'appartamento e l'area intorno si presentano. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto ciò che è necessario, fattore che è stato molto importante per noi. La comunicazione con Federica è andata molto bene sia durante il check-in che durante il check-out. Non è possibile raggiungere l'appartamento a meno che non si abbia una macchina; si trova infatti in un'area molto tranquilla, ma comunque non molto lontana dal mare. Per noi che eravamo alla ricerca di calma e relax, è stato il posto perfetto! Sicuramente consigliato! Grazie.

Nous sommes arrivés en avance Federico était là et nous a laisser nous installer de suite Une corbeille de fruit de son jardin nous attendait ainsi que des bières,du café , . Federico est une belle personne Attentif, et très sympathique. Sa maison est impeccable Tout est la même des petits échantillons pour la salle de bain L’endroit est très au calme à 15 min à pieds du centre et de la plage . Restaurant, supermarchés,bars,.. Nous recommandons à 200% l’appartement de Federico

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Die Unterkunft und der Garten ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Einziges kleines Manko: das warme Wasser dauerte etwas und wurde leider nicht richtig heiß („erfrischende“ Dusche). Ansonsten wirklich eine klare Empfehlung und wunderbare Airbnb-Erfahrung mit sehr herzlichen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La posizione é davvero splendida, la casa é ben organizzata. Da tenere presente che 2 delle 3 camere non hanno finestra. La casa é provvista di tutto quanto possa essere necessario e anche di più. Ho davvero gradito il mio soggiorno.
