Miss Ivy and her mom is very accomodating. They let us use all the amenities like it's our own home. Their family's place is very close to the accommodation so when we need anything they are right there in a sec. I am traveling with oldies and the place is very senior citizen friendly. We used 5 rooms, there are two rooms downstairs with on cr,and upstairs are the three bedrooms with 2 common crs and shower. Thank you so much miss Ivy and Ma'am Juvy for accomodating us. The photos dont really do justice to the accomodation. However the location besides the sea steals all the attention. The share kitchen works well and what better way to cook and eat whilst being right besides the clear blue ocean? Fisherman peddle their wares each morning if you like fresh fish and sea urchins. Five minutes walk to the market and lots of street food vendors are on your doorstep along the way with a new 7/11. The ultimate chill out location with sea views from all three units. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure.

it is a very spacious house ( hotel like) and safe. for a family gathering it is pretty good. ( becarefull of the karaoke around as they play from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon, they are far but you can hear them a little.) the sea in front is safe for swimming also!

Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

We had an incredible time at this beautiful place! The beach is stunning, with its crystal-clear blue waters, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins. The caretaker was incredibly accommodating, and the generous owner allowed us to extend our checkout time. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of beds, so we didn't have to worry about sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining area were fully stocked with all the necessary tools, and they even provided free gallons of water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return to this amazing place!

For people who loves snorkeling, this is the place to be. Also, lyn is the best cook considering our vegetarian diet she manages to make us awesome dinner and breakfast. Thanks so much! Will different coming back.

We had a great stay even though our request to check in is abrupt the host managed the situation well. The place is very nice, the aesthetics is super pleasing in the eye, it's clean, kitchenware is complete, aircon is functional, and the host is kind and accommodating. 10/10 from us! we will definitely come back :)

it has everything, water, toiletries, entertainment, good internet connection too. would've extended my stay if available yung preferred date. would book here again.

I would say, this place is Awesome! Can accommodate up to 10pax, such a big place and a great place to stay. We just had a little problem with the parking space since it is not so wide (we used a family Van) but nonetheless, the place is definitely a worth the price to stay. My family loved this place and if we can able to go back to Davao, I will surely book this place again. I will definitely recommend this stay.

Worth the price… We love our stay… it was great. Place is very spacious and good for family. Great for staycation. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. We also love the pool. Guards are nice and friendly too. We will surely come back again.

Clean, organized, and comfortable. Provided toiletries (tissue, shampoo, soap) and a water heater. Equipped with a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, and cabinets with hangers. The aircon was cold. Overall, we enjoyed the stay—great value for the price!

Responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended, we felt at home and was at peace. We enjoyed our holiday despite of a little inconvenience but the host made sure we are compensated. Thank you! Will go back here.
