It's a new and clean dormitel not a house. although outside downtown area, but convenient if you plan to go out of the city. Communication was a breeze and Ms. Evelyn was easy to talk to. Good for big family. Highly recommended.

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

We had such a great time at Mansud Shores Beach Resort! The whole place was exclusive to us, which made the experience super relaxing and fun. It felt like our own little private escape. The view of the beach was beautiful, and while you do have to go down quite a few steps (around a hundred!) to get to the shore, it’s totally worth it—especially for snorkeling. The pool was also a nice spot to chill, and since it was just us at the resort, we were able to do our own thing comfortably. We had some group games and activities, and the privacy made it feel extra special. Shoutout to the caretakers too—they were very kind and always ready to help if we needed anything. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful, private place to unwind and have fun with your group, this is definitely a great pick!

The home is indeed hommie! ✨ Me and my family spent holy week in the house and it is nothing but comfortable. The aircondition to every room is good especially in the living room it perfectly fits for our holy friday staycation. We even cooked “binignit” that’s how comfortable we are! Plus factor is the complete set of kitchen utensils like really COMPLETE! Overall, this accommodation is very sulit and worth the money!! Thank you for the amazing and kind hosts i’ll definitely recommend this home to my colleagues and family! We’ll be back next time. 🫶🏻

Had a great stay! The unit was clean and aesthetically designed. Check-in and communication was smooth. It was a bit expensive compared to other units I've stayed in Arezzo, but it was all worth it.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed here and now its better than better. They added some mirror, table, and toaster now. They also have diffuser now and the place smelled so good the whole time. I think they also changed AC which is great. I appreciate that they give you fresh fruits as always. They also added some protection against insects. The lights are also brighter compared last time. The place is really great, less than 5 mins to the main gate of subd, watsons is just around the corner. So many places to eat, public market, convenience store, all just 5-10 mins walk. Although the mall is 20-25 mins ride but i dont mind it. I would always go back here every time im in davao. I really love the place, cozy and homey. The owner is also so kind and so is the staff.

Everytime we go vacation, we couldnt think of other place to stay but just janice’s house!everything u need is all in the house and it is really clean and cozy.we love the whole stay and the host was very responsive and helpful, they reply instantly and even late at night they can reply to u and cater to ur needs. Perfect home for families! Safe neighbourhood and easy access to the highway. The value for money is really good for this place. Highly reccommended!

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Amazing place & loved the place. We had a wonderful time. The chef, Rose is a good cook as well Gigi are both responsive to our needs. Jimmy and Loloy were both helping carrying our stuff. We love the aromatic coconut water. The internet was gone, we had it for a day only, that’s the inconvience we encountered. The water is pristine, clear crystal water. We see the giant clams below. You can see a lot of fishes, private beach. It’s highly recommended. If given a chance, to stay longer .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Our stay at Jan Doris place was absolutely wonderful! One of the biggest highlights was their incredible flexibility and Virginia’s responsiveness. We had to reschedule our arrival time due to a 10 hour land trip and ferry arrival and Virginia was immediately understanding and helped us re-arrange the check-in and Check out . They were also very responsive to our questions and provided helpful information throughout our stay, making everything stress-free.
