Ynna is a very friendly and responsive host. Room is perfectly as described. Near to many places of interests including g mall, Roxas night market, poblacion market central. There are also many 24/7 eateries nearby.

I enjoyed staying here, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Our second stay at this Airbnb was just as great as the first! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is very convenient, and my kid was so excited to use the pool again, he had a fantastic time. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials like pots, pans, and a chopping board, which made cooking convenient. The air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the listing matched exactly what was advertised—truly amazing. I also appreciated the free toiletries and drinking water provided, which were a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

The photos dont really do justice to the accomodation. However the location besides the sea steals all the attention. The share kitchen works well and what better way to cook and eat whilst being right besides the clear blue ocean? Fisherman peddle their wares each morning if you like fresh fish and sea urchins. Five minutes walk to the market and lots of street food vendors are on your doorstep along the way with a new 7/11. The ultimate chill out location with sea views from all three units. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure.

She went above and beyond all my expectations, communicating regularly and always being very helpful and supportive of all of my needs. This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
