Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is mainly booked because of the location, the tasteful, well maintained. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m

Linda always thought along with us and fulfilled our wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super generous and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good price-performance ratio, Linda also offers personal communication. I'd love to come back.

The place is highly recommended! Beautiful, modern furnished, very spacious, generous rooms, top-modern bathroom and kitchen. The absolute highlight is the huge balcony with fantastic views of the countryside. We were able to relax and enjoy here very well in peace and in the midst of nature. Very friendly and nice communication. We'd love to come back!

Our stay at the place was very nice. We were personally and very warmly welcomed on the first evening and Christian showed and explained everything to us. The accommodation is very stylish and cozy and many small details have been thought of. From slippers to a hot water bottle, everything is available. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. :-)

Christine was an amazing host. Although we did not meet her in person, Christine was very friendly and accommodating. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is practically in front of the door and in a good 15 minutes you can get to the city center. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and you feel right at home. The large balcony is nice and cozy. Thank you for everything :)

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Christian was a very friendly guy with a great dog - a puppy of golden retriever, which delighted all of us! We really appreaciated that when we came to the flat, there was a fire in the fireplace and it was very cozy and thoghtfull! thank you, Christian, we had a great time.
