The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Great and very cozy and tastefully furnished attic apartment. Anette really thought of everything... From coffee, butter, jam, toast, large fruit bowl… everything was there, you could really arrive before you had to go shopping. 3 minutes to the bus stop!… even bathrobes with something sweet (like in a hotel) were on the bed……..highly recommended!👍🏽😄❗️

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

A nice apartment near the Schloss (8 minute walk) and walking trails (50 meters away). There's a really delicious Indian restaurant nearby (5 minutes walk). And we enjoy having so many windows and trees! The bed is one of the most comfortable we've ever had in an Airbnb. (And we've slept in a lot!) Mareike is friendly and responded to our requests quickly, which was very appreciated. Worth noting for people with noise sensitivities that you can hear the main street just outside the living room.
