Der Gästebereich mit eigenem Bad (1.OG) und Gemeinschaftsküche (EG) befindet sich im Anbau eines ruhig gelegenen Resthofs etwas außerhalb (!) von dem Ort Sande am Lippesee, 11 km von Paderborn, günstig nahe der A 33 gelegen. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and plenty of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two, all in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steeper, so you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Peace and quiet in the countryside and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the construction trailer. Nestled in the nature reserve, 10 minutes by car to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family from PB in a beautiful landscape where you can jog, hike or cycle. We live and love organic, so of course your breakfast is also organic!
