Zentrale und ruhige Gegend inSalzburg hab mich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Parkplätze sind vor der Wohnung frei oder in der Altstadt Garage paar Meter entfernt 👍 1:1 wie auf den Bildern, großes und sauberes Badezimmer mit grosser Wanne war sehr angenehm 😊

Nice apartment well equipped. Short walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the historic district or hop on a bus which are very frequent and run to time. Quite area so practically no noise at night so got a good nights sleep. Good communication with the host. Detailed information folder in the apartment which was very useful.

This is perfect if you want to experience the old town of Salzburg, it is a very short walk away and you are in the middle of town. It is also a short walk to the Augustiner Brewery! It is very quiet at night and the river next to the room was quite calming. Everything was clean and prepared for us. We did not use the pool. We enjoyed our stay! Solveig and Thomas

Perfect location- far enough away from the activity to enjoy the quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and Old Town in 10 minutes.

Great place in a very central location. Erwin is a professional host and his entire building is designed for rental apartments. The fit-out is neat and functional. Our room had a nice terrace, for sure great in summer. Erwin was very responsive and accommodated additional requests quickly. We would definitely come back, if we go to Salzburg again.

We had a great stay here! The location is excellent—just a short walk from Salzburg Hbf (main station), which made getting around super convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. We really liked the place! It’s also within walking distance to the old town, so exploring the city was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

ein super Konzept! Das Einchecken ist sehr einfach, die Zimmer sind sauber und durch die Lösung mit dem Zugangscode braucht man sich keine Gedanken um Schlüssel/Karten machen. es gibt auch Schließfächer wo man sein Gepäck noch verstauen kann am Abreisetag was auch sehr hilfreich ist. die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, das war aber auch das einzige "Manko", ansonsten alles Top. jederzeit wieder.

Apartment war so wie beschrieben. Die Lage war sehr gut. In 15 bis 20 Minuten war Innenstatdt und Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort, deswegen war es für uns nicht wichtig, dass es in 2 von 3 Schlafzimmer keine Fenster gab. Die Betten sind auf der weichen Seite. Es war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Durch die Nachrichten von Numa war auch klar, wie man rein kommt und was beim Check-Out zu tun ist. Ich würde Numa empfehlen die Anzahl der Nachrichten etwas zu verringern. Innerhalb von einem 2-nächtigen Aufenthalt haben wir 6 Nachrichten bekommen, meistens mit der selben Info. Dennoch ist das Apartment empfehlenswert.

Thanks to Elisabeth for being always available to address any query.. the apartment location is great, with wonderful views and ample space for living, parking cars and has a good playing area for kids within the compound.. The location is nice and easily accessible by car. Highly recommended for stay for family

A great place for groups or families. We were traveling with 6 people across 3 generations. the apartment was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable and spread out. We appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms, which reduced congestion, and the bedrooms were much larger than we would have found in the city center. Getting to the city center was very easy: multiple buslines run close to the apartment and time from apartment to the center is mere minutes. Local amenities include grocery stores, a bakery and restaurants minutes away. The neighborhood is pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Note that parking is off-site - very easy and affordable but it's a 12 minute walk. The laundry facilities are great, and the outdoor patio is a nice bonus. The kitchen is tight for 6 people, but the large dining table makes up for counter/prep space. Highly recommended for an extended stay in Salzburg.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. Great surroundings yet peaceful. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommended!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and would return anytime! Accommodations were exactly as listed, spacious and bright corner unit, beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch was made up for our boys / curtains drawn for our late arrival. Such a nice touch! Close to train station / main attractions (10min Uber). Contactless check in / out was easy. Questions were answered quickly. Great in room amenities and on site essentials closet and laundry accessible via the WeEasy app (easy to use!) Highly recommend especially for families.

Had a wonderful time and the staff was extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and exactly as shown in photos.
