All exactly the same as the ad, large and comfortable house, great gated condominium and relatively close to the center, as well as very close to the beach. Larissa was a great host.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super cute, it looks newly renovated, with all the utensils, stove, washing machine, stereo, everything working well and making us very comfortable. There is only one garage in the house and it is very tight to enter, because the street is narrow, but it is easy to enter. And as they said in other comments, the place that is "bad"... we had no problems during the stay, but we were advised by several people there not to leave/arrive too late, because the place is dangerous... and you have to be very careful when walking the streets, because it is easy to get lost and enter dangerous streets that are nearby (even with GPS). There is a small market right on the corner of the street and a bakery, markets, pharmacies are about 5 minutes away by car. (Extra tip: The city's traffic is confusing. If you rent a car, pay for good insurance.. hehehe)..

The stay at João's house was really amazing, Nalva and Sara were with us the days we were there, cooking divinely and leaving everything very organized. The house was designed to provide maximum interaction between guests in the common area, while allowing moments of privacy in the comfortable rooms when any guest wishes. That's why it's the ideal choice for those who want to spend time with family and friends. We played a lot of pool, had a lot of barbecues and enjoyed the delicious pool a lot. When we arrived everything was impeccably clean, the house has all the utensils you can imagine, and all of great quality. Ita keeps a caretaker to maintain the pool every day, so it is always in perfect condition. The whirlpool bathtub in the master suite is a star in itself, 30 minutes in it and you will be renewed.

The location and the house is wonderful. All the condominium staff were very helpful and attentive. Ana let us come in early and leave later, which was almost an extra day for us to enjoy. Thank you, very, very grateful. Wonderful experience

Tânia is extremely kind and communicative, always responded quickly and has prepared a gastronomic and tour itinerary that made all the difference in the trip.
