Holiday rentals with a patio in Salt River

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Callista’s place was wonderful from start to finish. The home was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. But what really stood out was Callista’s kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That level of honesty and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. I highly recommend her place not just for the comfort, but for the quality of character behind it. Thank you again, Callista!

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

The place was just what we needed and met expectations. We were grateful that Mychal was able to get us in a bit early.

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 16 day stay until we closed on our home. Wendy was great at communicating. Her place was very clean. And had everything we needed. Covered parking was a plus.

Loved the Casita very cozy ,clean well equipped, Maria maintained a very clear communication at all times. We Made beautiful memories with our grown kids . Grocery and stores near and the famous fountain! We will definitely recommend it and will rent it again if we ever decide to go back to Fountain Hills.🥳🥳🥳

The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! Enjoyed the house more than going out for once🥰The house was huge, me and my guests became kids playing hide and go seek in the dark lol and a time was had😝 Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts and I will be renting again💓😌Book and get the chance to stay in a $1.3 Million dollar home🥰! Our stay at Adam’s place was incredible! The house was very clean and just as described. We spent a lot of time in the backyard by the pool and in the lounging area, it had everything you would need and was also very private and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and there were a lot of accommodations nearby which was a huge plus. Adam was also a great host and very responsive! We highly recommend this place if you’re in the area :)

I enjoy my stay in Arizona. I went there for a concert and it was definitely a vibe. I do with there was a microwave but i think the point was to cook your own meals not reheat stuff (if i was there for longer i definitely wouldve cooked meals for sure!). The bedroom was really nice , the bed itself was amazing. I was there alone which made me feel a little nervous bc of how open it was but it was still relatively quiet and private and i didnt get any disturbing vibes. Corey is also extremely responsive and was chill asf with me. I really appreciated the communication. Other Bnb hosts were pretty dicks twords me but Corey had patience with me so, thats a 5 star right there lol. Overrall my favorite part was experiencing my first Arizona lightning storm? It was FANTASTIC on the balcony. I had the bedroom door open so i can listen to the rain and ugh- it was so nice. I loved it! Oh, also VERY clean!!!

Angela's place was perfect for our small group gathering. The home had many comfortable places to chat, inside and outside. Everyone commented on how great a choice it was for our reunion of friends from around the country. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Sara was the best, very accommodating and flexible to our needs. We were in town for a fishing tournament. This is a great house if you are in town for boating or fishing. The owners are very nice and they have a beautiful home. I will definitely be back with my girlfriend or family. We really enjoyed this place. Thank You Sara

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

My husband and I stayed in Evelyn’s unit for 2 nights when my niece graduated from ASU. It is such a convenient location and Evelyn was a great host with prompt communication. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, pillows, blankets and plenty of things in the kitchen. We totally felt at home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Our girls trip to Scottsdale was AMAZING!!! Our condo was exactly as described and had everything we could imagine. We really loved the attention to detail, the extra amenities and cleanliness. We walked to down town a few times. The check in instructions were EXCELLENT and we felt the communication was top notch. If we return for another trip we would def rebook Denise’s place. Thank you for having us. We clearly enjoyed our time in Scottsdale.
