Exactly as described! Very clean. The pool was great! Early check in was accommodated and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed! We will stay again!

This is our second time renting from this company and staying in these units and it has not disappointed! If you want clean, luxury, great location, walking distance to restaurants, this is your place! The community even has a pool that’s nice and refreshing! We will continue to stay here, thanks Dean!!!!

Our stay at Angela's place was wonderful. She provided very clear check-in information and was able to communicate with us when we landed to get us in the house a little early. The location was great for shopping, coffee places, and dinner. Not really anything around to walk to, but nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The house was really comfortable and clean. The living room setup was great to lounge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside area was really our favorite part. The pool was really nice during the day and at night and the outside TV area was great to sip our morning coffee at. It was also nice to have a speaker outside for our music while we swam. Overall the place felt like home. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Shane was an amazing host. First of all, the place was beautiful and prefect. Besides the place being super clean and spacious, the pool addition made the stay even better. It was great to take a dip in the water with the hot heat. Shane was also great with communication and tried his best to accommodate to any request.

This house was the perfect location for a Grand Canyon/Phoenix vacation. After our visit to the GC, the rest of our visit was enjoyed in this property. The pool table was the surprise highlight of my youngest daughter’s trip. My teenager said, “it was okay”, which is HIGH praise. We spent a hot afternoon lounging in the indoor pool. And the main living area is the place to be during sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our culinary needs. It was definitely large enough for my family of four. If I were to return to Phoenix, this house will be where I will stay.

Brian was so fantastic to work with, quick to answer my questions, and thoughtful to ensure our stay was excellent. Very comfortable bed, clean home, they even have safety gate to keep small children safe. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and lots to do in surrounding area. Would definitely stay again! Fantastic hosts!

Aubrey is incredibly responsive and very attentive. This was our families first Airbnb experience and so happy I selected this home for a stay vacation. The pool, and living space was perfect for my family and definitely relaxing. I would totally recommend this location for anyone wanting privacy, and enjoying the outdoors, since the pool and scenery are absolutely amazing. Our stay at Sandra's place in the Superstition Mountains was fantastic! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the different surrounding cities, and we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Sandra was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay with a view in Apache Junction. We would love to stay here again if we return to the area.

This was a great place for our needs. The master was great for bringing a small child along as it is really big. We enjoyed the pool and the plenty of space.

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Kellie’s home is a beautiful, secluded, peaceful place to stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful setting. There are plenty of beautiful places to explore within a short drive and great hiking trails within minutes. If you want to go a little further, Sedona is a 2 hour drive and definitely worth the drive!

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The home was beautiful. It has all the amenities you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, & bedrooms. We booked the home for the pool and backyard and it was amazing. This was a family trip and the kids had fun, felt safe, and they loved the beds in their rooms. My only recommendation would be if you decide to pay for the pool/spa heating. Know exactly the schedule you want each one heated. Otherwise you have to send a message to the host to adjust. It doesn’t always work. We felt like we didn’t get full opportunity of the spa because it was cold when we wanted to use it. We would 100% stay again.

Hayley’s place was perfect for what we were looking for! The views of the mountains are amazing and the private feeling, while still being less than 10 minutes from stores and restaurants, was ideal. The house was clean, check in and out where both super simple, and the pool/hot tube/fireplace were all well maintained. Would absolutely book here again in the future.

We travel to Arizona every spring and this has been our favorite house we have stayed in. The views are incredible, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the pool/backyard is so relaxing and offers so much entertainment as well. It’s very important to us the bed is comfortable and we were not disappointed. We loved how quiet the neighborhood and area were as well. Overall an amazing place to stay.

Don't think. Just book. This place was cozy, peaceful and private. Perfect for whatever the occassion is for the stay. you will have more than enough amenities. comfortable beds. Extremely clean. The pool was beautiful. With the hot temps the pool was one of our favorite hang out spots. we enjoyed our time relaxing. it was perfect. Can't say enough good things. Loved it

This home is not only beautiful, but immaculate, open, bright, and well-appointed with plenty of room and modern, clean furnishings and appliances. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the pool, fitness center and community center; is easy to find, and has all the amenities - beautiful patio, grill, gas cooktop, R/O water, and more. We visit Rio Verde regularly and would absolutely stay here again. Joel is a wonderful host - not only popping by twice during our stay to resolve a TV issue - but also being flexible with our check-in, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Gorgeous MCM stay in the heart of Scottsdale. Great location that made it easy to pop into downtown. Pool is exactly what we needed to end the hot AZ days. Overall great place. Only criticism is that the water pressure in the showers is quite poor and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Beds are comfy. Wouldn’t hesitate to book. 10/10.

The house was perfect for our family of ten. Plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable. The View was breathtaking! We throughly enjoyed our family vacation here.
