The structure is in a strategic point of the territory, 8 km from the city center of Verona, 5 km from the renowned wine area of Valpolicella and 15 km from Lake Garda. A few meters away is the entrance to the European "del sole" cycle path. Tourist tax not included equal to € 3.50 / person / night.
