Perfectly clean and as described. Arriving on a holiday, I appreciated that there was enough to make a meal on the first night I would recommend it without hesitating

This was my first Airbnb experience and what can I say! The accommodation was worthy of a hotel room. Everything was very clean, tidy, modern, with everything you need available (shower gel, soap, raclette machine, toilet paper, dishes). There is a car park at the bottom of the residence but at the end of the day it is full, however, you can park just below in the chairlift car park (free). The residence is quiet, with a view of the mountains. I recommend it and we will come back if we pass through Saint-Gervais.

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. It was extremely clean, homely and modern. Location near to a bus stop and supermarket was ideal. Not too far from the slopes in either direction. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you Sophie for being a great host!

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again

The apartment is really great! Both for its location and its functionality! Everything is planned and well thought out, you only have to bring your suitcases and food! A real highlight that we find less and less on Airbnb offers, so it deserves to be highlighted. A big thank you to you Patrick! I highly recommend!

The location was good, the surrounding environment was good, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.

A very nice long weekend (3 nights) in Saint Gervais in Patrick's studio. Very responsive in our exchanges before my arrival and very welcoming once on site, Patrick even came to pick me up at Le Fayet. The instructions received for arrival and departure were very clear. The studio is very well equipped and the spaces are very well furnished, with a balcony to enjoy the sun during breakfast or meals. My main goal is to go hiking, and I was able to take advantage of the proximity of the studio to the trails to Betex.

Ideally located and very functional accommodation, everything is very clean, the bedding is really comfortable! At the foot of the Brevent for nature lovers 2 steps away, whether in winter or summer the location is really great.

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Very good location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a closed garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay with beautiful views of lac leman. Nice area for hikes and day trips to other locations.

Erika was a great host and very responsive. Erika provided clear instructions for check in. The views from the balcony were amazing, but anywhere in Chamonix is like staring at a postcard. My only criticism is the space is a little crowded for 2 persons with lots of luggage, but we still felt at home and managed. The bus stop was located right opposite the building which was super convenient. Also, it’s just a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Full studio, very well structured and organized, a warm and comfortable environment to spend the season. The location is perfect, very quiet, at the top of the mountain, next to the ski slopes of Praz-sur-Arly and close to Megève. The view is incredibly beautiful. Rose is a very kind person, she gave us all the right instructions and is always available to answer questions. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

We had a great stay as a family. Functional accommodation, very clean and well-equipped with a baby. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was great: clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. A huge thank you to Elise, the owner, who was lovely from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, always available and full of good advice to discover the region. It's rare to meet such thoughtful hosts. We recommend 100% and will be happy to come back
