We had an amazing stay here! The property is beautiful and quiet. The dock and kayaks were lots of fun. The yard was perfect for yard games—which there were tons of! Board games and books kept my kids occupied when they weren’t out swimming. The house was spotless and the kitchen very well equipped. We didn’t miss anything! Wishlist was very quick with communication and accommodating with an early check in and late check out! I would highly recommend and would love to be back one day!

I wish I was allowed to say more than a few words because it’s soooooo much I can say about this home! The view… is AMAZING!!! Omg! No matter which room you’re inside every view is wonderful! The home looks so beautiful and the pictures do no justice! The decor is top notch and it set the tone for a peaceful getaway. The home is so spacious! The children all crashed in the upstairs bedroom/loft instead of sleeping in separate bedrooms because that room itself is huge! And the beds are all comfortable! I struggle with sleeping but the kids said they came inside the room where I slept and I was knocked out. They said I was snoring like a baby and they recorded me because I was resting so well. It’s so much for the children to do! And they felt welcomed. We were left the cutest welcome snack basket and then a separate fruit basket with juice! This Airbnb was breathtaking! The host is super friendly, helpful and very professional! The home is clean and I can’t wait to book again. Thanks!

Wonderful location on the north end of Lake Norman. Very close to everything in Mooresville with great waterfront dining options and tons of easy-to-access grocery stores. I didn’t necessarily pay close enough attention to the listing to notice that there isn’t a full kitchen, however, the hosts provided all kinds of utensils, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a very nice toaster over/air fryer and an electric skillet. There’s also a great Weber grill, which we used for filets! So the lack of a full kitchen, definitely did not end up being a big deal! Note, there is only one bathroom, but it’s very nice. However, the shower is a tub/shower combo, and requires you to step pretty high to get in, so if you have issues with that, keep that in mind. That said, they have the highest quality shower doors I have ever seen, and very nice shower hardware. Super nice! Dock and covered area was great, as was the fire pit. Also amazing to have access to kayaks! Thank you so much!

Sweetwater cottage was such a cozy and relaxing spot. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. We came to the area to watch the Coca Cola 600 race. Georgia was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

We had such a great time! I’m rather picky about where I stay when it comes to airbnb’s bc they can be a hit or miss. This one is a hit! Super private, dog friendly, clean, safe environment, and the host was extremely welcoming & helpful! We stayed for 3 nights & had a blast. There’s restaurants 5 minutes away, the house is in a beautiful neighborhood, the dock is super safe ( I jumped in the water)! My husband is recovering from a back surgery so he wasn’t able to enjoy the lake as much but the record player in the house & the ambiance of the lake & backwoods was just what he needed to relax. The first night we built a fire & enjoyed a glass of wine. The 2nd & 3rd night we ate at Papa Doc’s. Our dog loved chasing sticks in and out of the lake! Great trip all around. We’ll def be staying here again!

An Unforgettable Getaway – Highly Recommended! This place is an absolute gem! From the breathtaking location to the warm and welcoming hosts, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. If you’re considering a peaceful escape, don’t miss this one — it truly lives up to the hype. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation filled with outdoor adventures. We went kayaking, had a great time fishing (I even caught an 8” catfish on my very first try!), and ended our evenings with cozy bonfires under the stars. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed, all while giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. We made the drive all the way from Philadelphia, and I can confidently say it was more than worth it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We just returned from 5 days at Austin's house on Lake Norman. Wow, there is nothing which could have made it better. First, have rented many places over the years; no one comes close to how well they treat their renters than Austin. He was always available, quick to reply and easy to reach. We encountered a couple of issues and Austin fixed them immediately. The house is furnished with everything one could want. The water items (boat and kayaks) made the time on the lake the most enjoyable it could be. The house is kept in pristine condition. Oh, forgot to mention the amazing hot tub and fire pit. Our grand daughters particularly loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit to make s'mores for everyone. Like us, you will be thrilled with your choice when you rent this home.

Lake Lookout Cottage with my besties was most memorable. Julie and Calvin, thank you for always making me feel special and welcome, not to mention relaxed. I hope the rambunctious laughter from the dock was enough indication that we were “On Lake Time” , living our Best Life! Till next time…..,

We truly appreciated our stay at this lovely property. The host was warm, friendly, and very responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the lake that added a sense of peace to our visit. We were in town for a funeral, and this place provided a much-needed respite during a difficult time. The serene setting and calm atmosphere were very comforting. We even had the chance to do a little fishing before we left, which was a nice bonus. While it was nicely tucked away, it was close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking quiet, comfort, and a welcoming host.

Ashley and Dave were very responsive. They accommodating to our needs. Their place was very comfortable and had great amenities. My favorite part of the house is the sun room, absolutely beautiful overlooking the lake.

Beautiful property! Ideal proximity to Rock Barn Spa & Golf and great restaurants (Fourk!) but so private and peaceful.

Our visit to Mooresville was for our son’s wedding and we wanted a place where family could meet and connect. While our days included wedding preparations, family orchestration, area navigation and more, this home away from home was a relaxing oaisis. There was plenty of room for privacy when needed, group mealtimes together (the butler pantry was terrific!), indoor and outdoor areas for family to congregate, play games, and enjoy the hot tub. We never felt cramped and the location was perfect for us. The weather did not allow any lake activities, but waking up with coffee, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, and the view provided a great calm during our visit. Hosts were responsive and kind. We would definitely stay again.

It was a great opportunity to get spend time with the family at one location. We had a lot of fun and the scenery was awesome.

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.

Hunters communication was excellent. He was flexible with check in & check out times (had to pay). If I could change one thing it would be the check-in & check-out times. It is not a hotel and should be more accommodating since this large of a rental is for many people, having late check in and early check out doesn’t make sense to me. Overall the home was beautiful, peaceful surroundings, we loved the home. I would love if more toilet trees were included not only 1 trash bag & 1 toilet paper per bathroom, for the price. I would rent again, felt safe and welcomed! Thank you hunter!
