I can’t state in proper words how excellent our stay was. Very quiet, quaint, and the host was on top of everything requested. This will 100% be added to any upcoming business trips. My recommendation, stay for a week if you can! It’s absolutely beautiful!!

Awesome place! Felt very safe, loved that it was nestled up against a wooded area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the golf course out the back was very peaceful. The three bedrooms upstairs were all generous and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The powder room downstairs was very convenient. Barbara also responded quickly to our communications and was very thorough throughout the process. We would be happy to return on our next trip to the Villages.

Overall, great house, good location, and great stay. The house was immaculate and comfortable, and looks just like the photos. Very private, and on the end of a street with only five or six other houses. We had a minor issue on arrival - the door code did not work. As we arrived after midnight, we had to call the after hours service number listed and it took about 30 minutes to get a response. A new code worked without issue. Remax handled this well, and offered a very late checkout the last day, which we felt was a reasonable accommodation for our trouble. Only other issue was with access to Hot Springs Village. This is an (extremely large) gated community with two main access gates. The house is at one end of the community, about 10 miles (!) from the West Gate which is open 24 hours. If you arrive/return home after 10PM, you can't use the much closer East Gate, adding about 25 minutes/15 miles to a return trip from Hot Springs. Would certainly stay again - good trip and house!

There are 2 flights of stairs down. Just so those who have challenges with stairs know. I missed that in the description. I didn’t have trouble, just wanted to make it clear.

Ginger & Terri's place was fantastic! We felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens. The kids enjoyed all the board games and having TVs of their own. We really enjoyed the Village amenities and getting to do some sight seeing around Hot Springs. Will definitely book again if we're back in the area!

My niece and I loved our stay here! The area is peaceful and quiet. The house is just like it is pictured and described. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony deck and looking out on the lake. There is a nice nature trail nearby to walk on, too. Yasmine was very responsive and had great tips for us. I will definitely reserve her place again, next time I come to Arkansas!

Convenient, comfortable, clean,and quiet

The BEST place I’ve stayed at in a while! My husband & our children stayed for 2 nights with my parents so we could really enjoy Hot Springs together. The house was immaculate, pictures didn’t do it justice! Felt right at home & very spacious. My mom & I are already talking about planning another visit!!

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the loft. We were so excited about staying near everything we like to do in that area! It did not disappoint us! The loft was so beautiful and very clean! We had such a great time! We will definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends! The only thing we had difficulty with was the parking. Suzie did send information about where we could park.

The place was close to the access road and all that Hot Springs has to offer. The games for kids were fun along. Was a great experience.

FUN, FUN, FUN!!! This is a perfect place for families or groups. Plenty of space and so much to do. The rooftop for good weather and games in the garage when raining. Something for all ages. It was a great location that made it convenient to all parts of the city. Just a mile away from bike rentals and beautiful trails. We will absolutely stay here again.

A great stay for a fun and peaceful girls weekend! Hot Springs Village had a lot to do and it was an easy drive to get to the other activities we wanted to do.

Amazing stay! The townhouse was immaculate. It’s located right on the water and the kids were able to kayak and the adults were able to fish and relax off the private dock! The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was extremely clean! 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend and we plan to stay again!

We had a great time here! Felt right at home, everything was so clean, the area was very quiet, loved the Catholic Church down the road and the Italian restaurant right down the road. Would stay here again.

Just wow! Such a beautiful place, the lake out your back door was amazing! Our boys loved fishing and kayaking! We will definitely be back!

This was our favorite place on our cross country trip, we loved it so much we went back for a few days on our way home.
