Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, there were a few snacks for us and a birthday balloon. Very quiet area and easy to get to anything you wanted to do. The only thing that we had a small issue was with the wifi upstairs. It wasn’t overly strong and the TV kept losing signal. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. The place is as described, very clean and furniture seems brand new, and the kitchen is well supplied for longer stays. A/C works well, which is very useful since temperatures hit over 100 degrees daily. Very easy access to shops and the highway since it's a 5-10 minutes drive to west Little Rock. Overall a good place to stay!

Garvan Gardens Retreat on the Lake!

We went for a girls trip and the house was perfect for us girls! We enjoyed the hot tub and patio outside each afternoon/evening. The washer/dryer was great to have for both bath towels and beach towels! The only downside about the house was the steep stairs down to the boat ramp! They are quite steep and quite a bit of them. BUT the view of the lake and location is absolutely amazing. Perfect for any kind of trip, from a family trip to a bachelorette trip. Tamara was very kind and provided all necessary information in a timely manner and responded quickly when we had any questions. All activities and restaurants (Hot Springs Marina, Luna Bella, Pancake Shop, Fisherman’s Wharf, Bubba Brews, etc. ) we went to were within 20 to 30 minutes of the house and we were able to get Ubers with no problem. Door dash also delivers to this location. Overall, great experience!

Has a beautiful view of the lake. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Was clean and nicely furnished. The walk down and back up from the lake was ok, but would not be easy for kids younger than 5 and older people. The boat dock is able to hold a party barge, can tube and fish on the lake.

Better than the pictures. Couples golf & cycling trip to Hot Springs Villages. Home was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Space to gather together and private, quiet bedrooms to retreat when ready. We fixed most of our meals at the home and it had everything we needed. The propane grill was a wonderful upgrade compared to many Airbnb locations. Mike's communications provided excellent directions and were very helpful. This home is on Granada Golf Course and is close to the East Gate. Five golf courses within a few miles of this location. Just book it, you will be very glad you did!
