Please read the ENTIRE listing! Private space with 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled full bathroom, and a small kitchenette (NOT a kitchen). Sleeps 4 max. There is no living room or dinning room. Wi-Fi, 24" Smart tv, HD DVD player, and electric blankets. Lots of parking. The other side of the property is a business during the day. No smoking or vaping allowed. We do offer two free aquarium passes if interested. There is a 2 night minimum for using them and they are not valid on check in or out days.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Irene is a great host! She communicated with us proactively, giving updates even before we had any concerns. When there was a minor issue with the bathroom fan, she responded quickly and took immediate action to resolve it. We really appreciated her attentiveness and responsiveness throughout our stay.

This was a lovely, unique and super-clean space that we truly enjoyed staying in! Location-wise it was a great home base for visiting Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Cindy was a great communicator and an amazing host. The snack tray and fresh cookies that welcomed us were an awesome treat after a long day of travel!

This was our second stay here and it was just as fabulous as the first. Clean and well appointed, host was great and very communicative. Beds comfortable and such a clean home. Walkable to family ~ definitely coming back for a third time in the future!
