This is a very comfortable stay with lots of privacy and a great location. Jessica is very responsive.

We loved this place! It was very clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a total of 4 people and we fit comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to great bars and restaurants as well. I would stay here again!

One of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at. Very, very clean. It is right off of a busy road but you CANNOT hear it at all from inside the unit. Lovely river trail right out the back. Excellent bakery and breakfast cafe right out the front door. Well-equipped kitchen and nice fridge. The only thing to know for yourself is that unlike some AirBnB's there is no little stash of olive oil and seasoning, but that's fine, just know to buy or bring everything you need to cook. There is coffee and tea!

Super clean and comfy rental with everything we needed for a short overnight stay in Salida. Highlights are definitely the location, the bed is A++, outstanding and clear communication, and the whole place is just super cute. The only minor thing to note is that the night we stayed (Friday) there was live music playing from somewhere that felt like right next store until about 12:30am. It made me wish I had brought earplugs for sure, so that’s one thing that could be a nice amenity the host to add (very common in many downtown big city Airbnbs I’ve stayed in before), so that’s just one consideration. Even with that, I will 100% stay here again. Just a small thing to know.

We loved our stay! We especially loved a the view of the mountains from every window and the trails along the river right across the parking lot. We enjoyed all of the modern comforts the condo offered. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas tree that made the space feel extra cozy and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were super comfy, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. Communication with the host was effortless — quick responses and clear instructions made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home!

Perfect location to explore all of Salida downtown.

We had a wonderful vacation in Salida and this rental space was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean and comfortable! It is in a great location as you can walk to all the downtown area. Shops and restaurants were nearby! Monarch Mountain is only a 30 minute drive and we skied and tubed there. We rented snowmobiles nearby as well. Everything we needed was here and we will definitely stay here again!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay. 2 bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom upstairs were great for our kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Backyard was fenced and great for our dog. Quick drive into town. Great place to stay in Salida.

We had a great stay at Kelley's place! It was perfect for our weekend in Buena Vista with our kids. The location is excellent since it's easily walkable to Main St and to the river area and trails, we didn't have to use our car at all while we were there. Kelley was always helpful and responsive as well, which made for a seamless arrival and lots of great local recommendations. Others have mentioned noise in the surrounding units but our stay was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend Kelley's for anyone heading to BV. Thanks, Kelley!

If you are planning on skiing at monarch mountain this is the place to stay! It’s located 10 minutes from the lifts. The views are beautiful and the cabin was very clean. The Wi-Fi was not working when we got there but Kevin was quick to reply to us and fix the problem! Would definitely stay here again.

The rental was as described, and provided all needed for a short stay, and a great location for easy access to downtown Salida. While the unit is on the top floor of the Moonlight Pizza brewery, it was very quiet and had great view NE to the mountain and downtown. Having Moonlight pizza just down the stairs could be dangerous, we showed restraint and just had dinner and drinks one night, a huge bonus is they are dog friendly. Within a block walk, there are several good coffee shops, Safeway and Natural Grocers. The unit binder is very comprehensive providing great recommendations and things to do if you are new to Salida. The description notes that there are steep stairs to access unit, would emphasize that these are steel stairs with ice traction pattern on them and could be an issue with dogs that have sensitive pads and stair steepness could be a hindrance for older dogs. We would certainly consider rental again for future trip!

This is the second time we stayed here in BV and would definitely come back. It's right near everything and just a great value. We love it here.

Loved the location and beautiful views of the mountains! Walking access to hiking/biking trails was great as well as walking to restaurants, bars and coffee shops! We so appreciated having a pet friendly, comfortable place to stay while in BV! Dog park was really close as well, which was perfect! We'd love to come back and stay here again!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Salida. The backyard is phenomenal and Dan has everything stocked so that if you have forgotten any condiment or soap or anything for your travels, you are likely to find it there. It was absolutely perfect for our family and less a block away from the park. We will not need to seek anywhere else when we go to Salida - this is the spot! Also, the house itself really is in pristine shape and maintained everything to the T The pictures don’t do it justice! Awesome stay.

We loved staying here! It is within walking distance of the Main Street of Buena Vista along with hiking trails and the river. The best part was the full kitchen. It is always nice when you have the ability to cook some meals at the place you are staying. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great spot for a long weekend in salida with a toddler and two dogs! There are two bedroooms with walk in closets that work great to put a pack and play. Everything was very modern, comfortable and the airbnb was outfitted with everything we needed. It was nice to have the back yard with bbq as well.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Salida! My daughter wanted something “grandma-core” and the suite was charming! Kitchen was adequate for coffee and a quick breakfast before a ski day at Monarch. Walkable to the river and over to Fun Street family arcade before dinner. Host is amazingly proactive—letting us know about early check in availability, etc. which was really appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The location, the furnishings, the amenities, were all fantastic. The building is still under construction, but it did not seem to impact us, very little noise. We will absolutely be saving this one for our future visits to Salida.

Beautiful old hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent location and easy to find. The hosts did a great job of communicating so everything was clear. Good value for what we paid. We’d stay again!

Great stay and a fantastic value! The condo was spotless with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Buena Vista, the Arkansas River, and great spots like Cool River Café (only a block away). While the view from the windows and patio isn’t the best—facing some older apartments and storage units—the Buena Vida condos themselves are quiet, clean, and well maintained. Despite the surroundings, it felt very peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again for the comfort, convenience, and price.

The Yooper was a great stay for a Dad-Daughter getaway….Monarch slopes are close & walkable Salida is right outside the door. Great stay…will come back again!

Perfect location in the heart of Salida. Beautiful condo - we remarked multiple times while visiting that it was more spacious than it appeared in the photos. While above a fun sandwich shop, the home was quiet. Great for small children with nearly blackout curtains in the rooms and a large walk-in closet to put a crib if needed. Convenient to have a parking spot but there is also on street parking on the other side of the condo for additional cars. Would stay here again!

Perfect location and wonderful accommodations! Quiet and walkable to downtown- just a block or two away. (Cool River was the spot for breakfast and coffee!) The place was pristine and comfortable. When weather moved in and foiled our outdoor plans, all three of us (me, my wife, and our 10-year-old) could have our own spaces until it was time to do takeout and watch a movie together. Having two bathrooms in a place that size was definitely a thumbs-up for spending time indoors for an extended amount of time! Directions for check-in, check-out, and local amenities were fantastic. We would definitely book again if it was available next time we visit BV, which btw, if you've never been is amazing, hospitable, and packed full of potential adventures!
