This place is so worth the money, the host is responsive and always happy to help with any questions you have. The place was clean and had lovely facilities incase you forgot anything. Beautiful garden. Train station not to far away. We stayed for Parklife festival and was easy for us to uber to and from the festival every single day. Parking wasn’t an issue either. would recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at Helen's place in Lymm, can't recommend enough! From the minute we arrived, Helen and Mark were very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for the local area. The property is a short walk from lots of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops in the heart of the village. The place was spotless and very well equipped - everything you need for a short break. Thanks so much for having us!

fantastic price, for four of us it would have been easily double at the closest Premier inn and nowhere near as homely as Liony's place was. The New Oxford local pub has a great atmosphere, super friendly staff and a huge selection of ales.

Brilliant place to stay particularly if you are going to the co-op live. It is a 10 minute walk to the tram station and when coming back from the co-op live you are on the quieter side. Lovely, clean, spacious place!

Heather (acting on behalf of Chris) was extremely helpful and responsive. We received clear instructions on how to work the heating and how to enter the property, as well as useful info on local amenities. The house has everything you’d need for a short or medium stay and the location is excellent for visiting central Manchester and the surrounding area. The garden is enclosed with a high fence, which made it perfect for our dog to play in. We also appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer, which we were able to make use of. We couldn’t fault this property!

Linda is an amazing host. Gave us early check in and responded very quickly to all my messages. Myself and family were very comfortable. Next time I’m in Manchester I would hesitate to ask Linda if I can stay again

Absolutely wonderful stay in Dove Cottage. Susan's communication and responsiveness was outstanding. Welcome goodies were a lovely touch. We were staying as we were getting married locally. Susan and her husband very kindly bought us a congrats card and bottle of wine! All in all a wonderful stay would highly recommend.

Bari, very nice place… We didn’t really use the kitchen facilities, but we all had a great time in the family room watching TV, and then the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The parking space was a little hard to find, and because there are no lights on the exterior of the buildings, you have to walk up to each one to see the address. However, once we got in, it was fantastic

Great location and has local amenities. Stayed here and had a few events to attend, commute was within 10-15 minutes as the area was a central location. The pictures were accurate, I did expect it to be bigger from the photos however it was manageable. Thanks!

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. Mariyan was helpful and friendly, proactive with responses and very accommodating. I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at Scott’s place. The house had all amenities required and more! Therefore, we didn’t need to contact Scott, however he did check in with us to see if all was well. Would definitely stay here again

What can I say the place was just beautiful & what a fantastic view. We were made to feel very welcome. Just to top it off we had a fantastic experience with the alpacas & not forgetting the Sheep. A fantastic break had by myself & 3 sisters. Thank you. Roz Denise Charon & Vanessa.🙂

This was a cosy comfortable hideaway. with beautifull surroundings. perfect for a quiet getaway. a well presented and clean place to stay. setup for you to self cater easily or just enjoy the local restaurants Amazing hot tub with stunning view. 5 minutes walk from local amenities. the host is fantastic and could not be helpful enough. would recommend this place to any couple looking to get away.

Jill was so accomodating and went that extra mile. We were there for a quiet birthday celebration and Jill gave us recommendations for places to eat and even offered to drive us and pick us up so I could have a drink. Couldn't have asked for a better host. The accomodation was so lovely and peaceful. It was equipped with everything that was needed and more. It was so cozy and just a lovely place to relax. The hot tub was great and added that extra relaxation after a long day. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

My partner and I can’t even begin to put into words how blown away we were with our stay. We stayed over for our wedding weekend, and Tracey immediately started it off strong with balloons, card, and a bottle of bubbly. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is well decorated - a nice mix of rustic and modern decor - with a gorgeous view of the countryside. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Tracey was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured that our stay was perfect. We will 100% be staying again in the future, and we urge anyone that wants to book here to do it!

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time on the farm. It was a shame we couldn’t stay longer but we were so pleased with the late check out, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and loved our little hut. Thank you to Dot and her team for being so welcoming and for a great trip for my birthday. Only downside is that we never got to meet the infamous Tommy cat 🙈 Thank you again and we will definitely be back xx
