Holiday rentals with a patio in Salemi

Attentive host. The apartment is like new, renovated and is very comfortable, spacious for the 5 people who have stayed. It has air conditioning. We missed having a larger coffee maker and a toaster, we have proposed it to the organizer for the comfort of future customers.

Giuliano is a great host! Responds quickly, proactively and thinks along with a lot of tips. The apartment is very new, very spacious and clean. T center is walkable in 15 min, so centrally located but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is wonderful to have a drink on the balcony in the evening and look out over the sea.

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view of the sunset over the sea and the mountains. Communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. Happy to come back :)

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. Salvo made our stay at R&B suites extra special. Until next time😘😘

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

The place was fantastic! We couldn't have imagined it any better. The garden is maintained by Antonino and you can see his love and professionalism for nature. It's just beautiful. Antonino is a true friend. Despite the communication with the translator, everything went smoothly and Antonino is an extremely friendly and warm host. When asked if we could rent e-bikes nearby, he did not hesitate long and provided us with 2 e-bikes free of charge for a tour with him as a guide. He took the time for us to do a 4-hour bike tour across the region of Trapani. And it was sensational. He showed us places we probably never would have visited. GRAZIE MILLE Antonino! Beautiful private location walkable to beautiful beach location

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Host available, courteous and ready to give you all the assistance you need. We really appreciated the shuttle service from the port to the house. The house, surrounded by nature and with a sea view, is a small jewel on a paradisiacal island like Favignana. Impeccable order and cleanliness. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the Florio Factory and therefore the entire center. We hope to return soon and to be welcomed again in Michele's establishment. We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

The apartments are on the outside of the city and especially the garden with swimming pool are an oasis of peace. Wonderful to be for a few days. Not the cheapest B&B in Sicily but definitely worth the money! Rosario is super helpful and has lots of good tips for restaurants or places to visit in the area.

Great location, very cozy apartment and wonderful host. All the sights are nearby and there are a huge number of good restaurants and bars. Everything is great.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Palermo! It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days in the city, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight—perfect for relaxing. Do note that it can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Massimiliano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend staying here!

lovely apartment and hosts. Great value for money

I am extremely fussy and I couldn’t find any fault, I would give it six stars if I could. probably the most beautiful and scenic roads I have ever had the pleasure to drive on. The beach feels like a private beach at times, spotlessly clean with fish in the shallow water, a little slice of paradise. Perfectly placed for relaxation and also for exploring the beautiful sights of Sicily. stopped at mt Etna on the way then stopped to visit the valley of the temples before relaxing on the pristine beach right outside the appartment 🫶 Lovely days spent admiring the beautiful architecture in Palermo. Perfect trip, can’t wait to visit again 🙏

Carmelo and Elvira were fantastic hosts. The apartment is full of character and has everything you need. There are separate stairwells leading up to each sleeping area, which is great for privacy. One side of the upstairs does have slightly lower ceilings, so if you are tall just be aware. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and has easy access to bus and train for day trips. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
