Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Salem

We had a great 2 week stay at Liz’s place. There are two bathrooms which is nice and both were very clean and well stocked. I appreciated that Liz left a lot of small goods (like deodorant and combs) for use. Doing laundry is easy/accessible and we were provided a bunch of pods. The living room is very spacious and gets lots of light, great place for hanging out and relaxing. My only gripes were the queen bed was slightly smaller than expected (I believe it’s actually a full), and it would be nice if the kitchen had a microwave (the listing doesn’t mention one, but it would have made reheating food easier). The place is right off a big road and in a very suburban area, with close access to the Nike campus which is beautiful to walk through. The place is also a 5 minute walk from Fred Meyers which was great! There’s also a variety of walkable restaurants near the Fred meyers too. The neighborhood is also right next to a recc park/facilities which was my favorite part.

Shower 10/10, bed 10/10. These are the most important to me and they were great! Good location with shops nearby. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it was in the flight path of airplanes and you can here them in the morning, but ear plugs helped that. Overall a great spot, would recommend!!

Spent a few days visiting son and grandson. Ideal location for our visit. Once settled in, everything was perfect; nice city view, quiet, corner store less than a block away, very comfy bed and couch, perfectly usable kitchen. Felt like home and very comfy. If not used to larger cities, the check-in can be mildly tricky but once in you'll feel like you live there. Thanks for a great stay. We'd LOVE to come back!

3rd Street Flats are perfect! We stayed in flat #1. It was super cute. Perfect for our short stay in wine country. We loved the recommendations and close walking distance to restaurants. We will be back 😀

Had a lovely stay here with my Mom for a busy weekend. Being able to return to a clean and cozy space was a real joy. We loved the sitting area for morning tea or evening glass of wine. The area is extremely convenient, parking was a breeze, and the place is very private. Would happily come back here for another weekend in Portland!

Enjoyed my stay at Boro’s place and so will you.! The bed was super comfortable, there’s plenty of room to stretch out in the apartment, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to help me make my morning coffee. I felt it was a good place to stay for the dollar value.

Clean and comfortable living space, had no issues checking in and checking out and Norma was more than helpful and responsive when I had any questions or concerns. I would most definitely stay here again in the future.

The Sandyplace was very nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with a great assortment of kitchenware. You have full use of the gym and pool (when it’s open), which is an added bonus. The location is great and close by to restaurant and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay. nice layout, well stocked, real nice gazebo with fire pit and gas grill, quiet street, felt safe. Lixin contacted us everyday to make sure everything was good. For our gathering another house was rented. it cost almost twice is much (it slept more) including a $300 cleaning fee. whereas cleaning was included in this one. this one was much nicer. get this one if you can.

We were satisfied with all aspects of our stay at Sarah’s place. Nicely equipped and comfortable. We put the grill and workout room to good use. Her place had everything we needed. After our daily excursions it felt like going home. Sarah was responsive and gave us recommendations for wineries and restaurants. Thank you Sarah.

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my son’s graduation, and it was the perfect home base for our vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and very inviting. My sons can be quite particular—on past trips, they've missed having a gym—but this place had everything: a gym, a sauna, and even an outdoor hot tub (which we didn’t use, but it was a nice touch!). My wife and kids enjoyed the sauna and gym a lot. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery, and while we didn’t cook, we appreciated having a kettle for tea. We brought board games from home but noticed the hosts had also stocked some in the cupboard—very thoughtful! The location was another highlight. Portland itself is a beautiful, scenic city, and this house is nestled in a picturesque spot with lovely views from the windows. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, and my foodie children loved the local eateries. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable trip for the whole family.

We had the BEST stay! Such a pleasant area. LGBTQai+. Cozy home away from home. My star kids loved the chalk outside, and the kid fort/patio. Having a space to lock up our luggage before check in was extra perks for sure! And Michelle welcome us an hour early which helped our travel weary crew immensely. We loved cooking and entertaining our small travel crew. With early summer vibes and excellent weather, delicious food trucks, co-op, restaurants within walking distance, and then getting superb nights rest… Michelle’s place was an absolute delight and sanctuary. Thank you for the great vibes!

This spacious one level home was very peaceful and slept up to 9 people with plenty of seating and a beautiful full size kitchen. I especially appreciated the adequate towels and linens, anticipating the visitors. I found it helpful to have the furnishings and supplies necessary when traveling (washer/dryer, pots and pans, even shampoo and body wash) It was warm, welcoming, and I would highly recommend this location which was easily accessible to the Portland Airport and major highways, without the noise. We even enjoyed dinner on the back patio and felt right at home!

Thank you Heath, you were a gracious host and it helped us in transition to our new house. Princess was the sweetest goat.
